『你要吩咐以色列人從所得為產業的地之中、把城市給利未人居住，也把城市四圍的牧場給利未人。城市要給他們居住，城外的牧場可以供應他們的牲口、跟活財物、和各樣動物。你們給利未人的城外牧場要從城牆根起、四圍往外量一千肘。要往城外量：東面二千肘，南面二千肘，西面二千肘，北面二千肘；城在當中；這要給他們做城外牧場。
