Moses spoke to the children of Israel; and they brought him who had cursed out of the camp, and stoned him with stones. The children of Israel did as Yahweh commanded Moses.

Then Moses spoke to the Israelites, and they took the blasphemer outside the camp and stoned him. The Israelites did as the Lord commanded Moses.

Then Moses spoke to the Israelites. They got the man who had spoken evil things against the Lord. They took him outside the camp. There they killed him by throwing stones at him. The Israelites did just as the Lord had commanded Moses.

So Moses spoke to the people of Israel, and they brought out of the camp the one who had cursed and stoned him with stones. Thus the people of Israel did as the Lord commanded Moses.

After Moses gave all these instructions to the Israelites, they took the blasphemer outside the camp and stoned him to death. The Israelites did just as the Lord had commanded Moses.

And Moses spake to the children of Israel, that they should bring forth him that had cursed out of the camp, and stone him with stones. And the children of Israel did as the LORD commanded Moses.

“ Bring him who cursed out of the camp; and let all who heard him lay their hands on his head, and let all the congregation stone him.You shall speak to the children of Israel, saying,‘ Whoever curses his God shall bear his sin.He who blasphemes Yahweh’s name, he shall surely be put to death. All the congregation shall certainly stone him. The foreigner as well as the native- born shall be put to death when he blasphemes the Name.

Yahweh said to Moses,“ The man shall surely be put to death. All the congregation shall stone him with stones outside of the camp.”All the congregation brought him outside of the camp, and stoned him to death with stones, as Yahweh commanded Moses.

A man who disregards Moses’ law dies without compassion on the word of two or three witnesses.How much worse punishment do you think he will be judged worthy of who has trodden under foot the Son of God, and has counted the blood of the covenant with which he was sanctified an unholy thing, and has insulted the Spirit of grace?

For if the word spoken through angels proved steadfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just penalty,how will we escape if we neglect so great a salvation— which at the first having been spoken through the Lord, was confirmed to us by those who heard,
