那时所罗门守节七日，从哈马口直到埃及溪谷的以色列众人都与他同在一起，成了一个极其盛大的会。第八日他们举行严肃会，行奉献坛的礼七日，守节七日。七月二十三日，王差遣百姓回自己的帐棚去；他们为耶和华向大卫和所罗门，以及他百姓以色列所施的恩惠，心里都欢喜快乐。所罗门建完了耶和华的殿和王宫；在耶和华的殿和王宫的工程上，凡他心中所要做的，都顺利做成了。
