「你曉諭以色列人說：這七月十五日是住棚節，要在耶和華面前守這節七日。

“你要吩咐以色列人说：这七月十五日是住棚节，要向耶和华守这节七日。

“你要吩咐以色列人说：这七月十五日是住棚节，要向耶和华守这节七日。

“你把以下条例告诉以色列人。“从七月十五日开始，你们要一连七天向耶和华守住棚节。

“你要告诉以色列人：七月十五日是住棚节，要在耶和华面前守这七天的节期。

「你要吩咐以色列人說：這七月十五日是住棚節，要向耶和華守這節七日。

「你要吩咐以色列人說：這七月十五日是住棚節，要向耶和華守這節七日。

爾告以色列人云、此七月十五日、為居廬節、當於主前守節期七日、

“ Say to the Israelites:‘ On the fifteenth day of the seventh month the Lord’s Festival of Tabernacles begins, and it lasts for seven days.

“ Say to the Israelites,‘ On the 15th day of the seventh month the Lord’ s Feast of Booths begins. It lasts for seven days.

“ Speak to the people of Israel, saying, On the fifteenth day of this seventh month and for seven days is the Feast of Booths to the Lord.

“ Give the following instructions to the people of Israel. Begin celebrating the Festival of Shelters on the fifteenth day of the appointed month— five days after the Day of Atonement. This festival to the Lord will last for seven days.

“ Tell the Israelites: The Festival of Shelters to the LORD begins on the fifteenth day of this seventh month and continues for seven days.

“ Speak to the sons of Israel, saying,‘ On the fifteenth of this seventh month is the Feast of Booths for seven days to the Lord.

“ Speak to the children of Israel, saying:‘ The fifteenth day of this seventh month shall be the Feast of Tabernacles for seven days to the Lord.

Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, On the fifteenth day of this seventh month is the feast of tabernacles for seven days unto Jehovah.

“ Tell the Israelites: The Festival of Booths to the Lord begins on the fifteenth day of this seventh month and continues for seven days.

Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, The fifteenth day of this seventh month[ shall be] the feast of tabernacles[ for] seven days unto the LORD.

“ Tell the Israelites,‘ On the fifteenth day of this seventh month is the Festival of Temporary Shelters for seven days to the LORD.

“ Speak to the children of Israel, and say,‘ On the fifteenth day of this seventh month is the feast of booths for seven days to Yahweh.

當時猶太人的住棚節近了。

他們見律法上寫着，耶和華藉摩西吩咐以色列人要在七月節住棚，

又照律法書上所寫的守住棚節，按數照例獻每日所當獻的燔祭；

「七月十五日，你們當有聖會；甚麼勞碌的工都不可做，要向耶和華守節七日。

在收割初熟麥子的時候要守七七節；又在年底要守收藏節。

道成了肉身，住在我們中間，充充滿滿地有恩典有真理。我們也見過他的榮光，正是父獨生子的榮光。

所有來攻擊耶路撒冷列國中剩下的人，必年年上來敬拜大君王－萬軍之耶和華，並守住棚節。地上萬族中，凡不上耶路撒冷敬拜大君王－萬軍之耶和華的，必無雨降在他們的地上。埃及族若不上來，雨也不降在他們的地上；凡不上來守住棚節的列國人，耶和華也必用這災攻擊他們。這就是埃及的刑罰和那不上來守住棚節之列國的刑罰。

又要守收割節，所收的是你田間所種、勞碌得來初熟之物。並在年底收藏，要守收藏節。

「你把禾場的穀、酒醡的酒收藏以後，就要守住棚節七日。守節的時候，你和你兒女、僕婢，並住在你城裏的利未人，以及寄居的與孤兒寡婦，都要歡樂。在耶和華所選擇的地方，你當向耶和華－你的神守節七日；因為耶和華－你神在你一切的土產上和你手裏所辦的事上要賜福與你，你就非常地歡樂。

他因着信，就在所應許之地作客，好像在異地居住帳棚，與那同蒙一個應許的以撒、雅各一樣。

這些人都是存着信心死的，並沒有得着所應許的；卻從遠處望見，且歡喜迎接，又承認自己在世上是客旅，是寄居的。
