Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, shall be a solemn rest unto you, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, a holy convocation.

『你要告訴以色列人說；七月初一日、你們要完全歇息，要大吹號筒做記念日，要有聖聚會。

“ Say to the Israelites:‘ On the first day of the seventh month you are to have a day of sabbath rest, a sacred assembly commemorated with trumpet blasts.

“ Say to the Israelites,‘ On the first day of the seventh month you must have a day of sabbath rest. It must be a special service announced with trumpet blasts.

“ Speak to the people of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you shall observe a day of solemn rest, a memorial proclaimed with blast of trumpets, a holy convocation.

“ Give the following instructions to the people of Israel. On the first day of the appointed month in early autumn, you are to observe a day of complete rest. It will be an official day for holy assembly, a day commemorated with loud blasts of a trumpet.

“ Tell the Israelites: In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you are to have a day of complete rest, commemoration, and trumpet blasts— a sacred assembly.

“ Speak to the sons of Israel, saying,‘ In the seventh month on the first of the month you shall have a rest, a reminder by blowing of trumpets, a holy convocation.

“ Speak to the children of Israel, saying:‘ In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you shall have a sabbath-rest, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, a holy convocation.

“ Tell the Israelites: In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you are to have a day of complete rest, commemoration, and joyful shouting— a sacred assembly.

Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first[ day] of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation.

“ Tell the Israelites,‘ In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you must have a complete rest, a memorial announced by loud horn blasts, a holy assembly.

“ Speak to the children of Israel, saying,‘ In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, there shall be a solemn rest for you, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, a holy convocation.

in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

Then shalt thou send abroad the loud trumpet on the tenth day of the seventh month; in the day of atonement shall ye send abroad the trumpet throughout all your land.

And when ye go to war in your land against the adversary that oppresseth you, then ye shall sound an alarm with the trumpets; and ye shall be remembered before Jehovah your God, and ye shall be saved from your enemies.Also in the day of your gladness, and in your set feasts, and in the beginnings of your months, ye shall blow the trumpets over your burnt- offerings, and over the sacrifices of your peace- offerings; and they shall be to you for a memorial before your God: I am Jehovah your God.

With trumpets and sound of cornet Make a joyful noise before the King, Jehovah.

For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven, with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first;

it came to pass, when the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking Jehovah; and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised Jehovah, saying, For he is good; for his lovingkindness endureth for ever; that then the house was filled with a cloud, even the house of Jehovah,

And in the seventh month, on the first day of the month, ye shall have a holy convocation; ye shall do no servile work: it is a day of blowing of trumpets unto you.And ye shall offer a burnt- offering for a sweet savor unto Jehovah: one young bullock, one ram, seven he- lambs a year old without blemish;and their meal- offering, fine flour mingled with oil, three tenth parts for the bullock, two tenth parts for the ram,and one tenth part for every lamb of the seven lambs;and one he- goat for a sin- offering, to make atonement for you;besides the burnt- offering of the new moon, and the meal- offering thereof, and the continual burnt- offering and the meal- offering thereof, and their drink- offerings, according unto their ordinance, for a sweet savor, an offering made by fire unto Jehovah.

Sing aloud unto God our strength: Make a joyful noise unto the God of Jacob.Raise a song, and bring hither the timbrel, The pleasant harp with the psaltery.Blow the trumpet at the new moon, At the full moon, on our feast- day.For it is a statute for Israel, An ordinance of the God of Jacob.

From the first day of the seventh month began they to offer burnt- offerings unto Jehovah: but the foundation of the temple of Jehovah was not yet laid.

And it shall come to pass in that day, that a great trumpet shall be blown; and they shall come that were ready to perish in the land of Assyria, and they that were outcasts in the land of Egypt; and they shall worship Jehovah in the holy mountain at Jerusalem.

Thus all Israel brought up the ark of the covenant of Jehovah with shouting, and with sound of the cornet, and with trumpets, and with cymbals, sounding aloud with psalteries and harps.
