“ Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them,‘ The set feasts of Yahweh, which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my set feasts.

“你要告訴以色列人，對他們說：我指定的節日，就是耶和華指定的節日，你們應當召集聖會。

『你要告訴以色列人說：永恆主的制定節期、你們所要宣告為聖聚會的、以下這些便是我的制定節期。

告以色列族云、耶和華之節期、汝當宣告為聖會、

告以色列族、我之節期、是為聖會、有常例焉。

爾告以色列人云、我耶和華之節期、即爾所當宣告為聖會者乃此、

“ Speak to the Israelites and say to them:‘ These are my appointed festivals, the appointed festivals of the Lord, which you are to proclaim as sacred assemblies.

“ Speak to the Israelites. Tell them,‘ Here are my appointed feast days. They are the appointed feast days of the Lord. Tell the people that they must come together for these sacred assemblies.

“ Speak to the people of Israel and say to them, These are the appointed feasts of the Lord that you shall proclaim as holy convocations; they are my appointed feasts.

“ Give the following instructions to the people of Israel. These are the Lord’s appointed festivals, which you are to proclaim as official days for holy assembly.

“ Speak to the Israelites and tell them: These are my appointed times, the times of the LORD that you will proclaim as sacred assemblies.

“ Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them,‘ The Lord’s appointed times which you shall proclaim as holy convocations— My appointed times are these:

“ Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them:‘ The feasts of the Lord, which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, these are My feasts.

Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, The set feasts of Jehovah, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my set feasts.

“ Speak to the Israelites and tell them: These are My appointed times, the times of the Lord that you will proclaim as sacred assemblies.

Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them,[ Concerning] the feasts of the LORD, which ye shall proclaim[ to be] holy convocations,[ even] these[ are] my feasts.

“ Speak to the Israelites and tell them,‘ These are the LORD’s appointed times which you must proclaim as holy assemblies– my appointed times:

“‘ These are the set feasts of Yahweh, even holy convocations, which you shall proclaim in their appointed season.

“‘ These are the appointed feasts of Yahweh which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, to offer an offering made by fire to Yahweh, a burnt offering, a meal offering, a sacrifice, and drink offerings, each on its own day—

Blow the trumpet at the New Moon, at the full moon, on our feast day.

I will also cause all her celebrations to cease: her feasts, her new moons, her Sabbaths, and all her solemn assemblies.

“ You shall observe a feast to me three times a year.You shall observe the feast of unleavened bread. Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread, as I commanded you, at the time appointed in the month Abib( for in it you came out of Egypt), and no one shall appear before me empty.And the feast of harvest, the first fruits of your labors, which you sow in the field; and the feast of ingathering, at the end of the year, when you gather in your labors out of the field.Three times in the year all your males shall appear before the Lord Yahweh.

“ Also in the day of your gladness, and in your set feasts, and in the beginnings of your months, you shall blow the trumpets over your burnt offerings, and over the sacrifices of your peace offerings; and they shall be to you for a memorial before your God. I am Yahweh your God.”

“‘ You shall offer these to Yahweh in your set feasts— in addition to your vows and your free will offerings— for your burnt offerings, your meal offerings, your drink offerings, and your peace offerings.’”

Blow the trumpet in Zion! Sanctify a fast. Call a solemn assembly.

You shall make proclamation on the same day that there shall be a holy convocation to you. You shall do no regular work. This is a statute forever in all your dwellings throughout your generations.

So Moses declared to the children of Israel the appointed feasts of Yahweh.

Behold, on the mountains the feet of him who brings good news, who publishes peace! Keep your feasts, Judah! Perform your vows, for the wicked one will no more pass through you. He is utterly cut off.

Jehu said,“ Sanctify a solemn assembly for Baal!” So they proclaimed it.

So they established a decree to make proclamation throughout all Israel, from Beersheba even to Dan, that they should come to keep the Passover to Yahweh, the God of Israel, at Jerusalem, for they had not kept it in great numbers in the way it is written.

Look at Zion, the city of our appointed festivals. Your eyes will see Jerusalem, a quiet habitation, a tent that won’t be removed. Its stakes will never be plucked up, nor will any of its cords be broken.

Bring no more vain offerings. Incense is an abomination to me. New moons, Sabbaths, and convocations: I can’t stand evil assemblies.My soul hates your New Moons and your appointed feasts. They are a burden to me. I am weary of bearing them.

The people of Nineveh believed God; and they proclaimed a fast, and put on sackcloth, from their greatest even to their least.The news reached the king of Nineveh, and he arose from his throne, and took off his royal robe, covered himself with sackcloth, and sat in ashes.He made a proclamation and published through Nineveh by the decree of the king and his nobles, saying,“ Let neither man nor animal, herd nor flock, taste anything; let them not feed, nor drink water;but let them be covered with sackcloth, both man and animal, and let them cry mightily to God. Yes, let them turn everyone from his evil way, and from the violence that is in his hands.Who knows whether God will not turn and relent, and turn away from his fierce anger, so that we might not perish?”

After these things, there was a feast of the Jews, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.

Sanctify a fast. Call a solemn assembly. Gather the elders, and all the inhabitants of the land, to the house of Yahweh, your God, and cry to Yahweh.

“ Make two trumpets of silver. You shall make them of beaten work. You shall use them for the calling of the congregation, and for the journeying of the camps.When they blow them, all the congregation shall gather themselves to you at the door of the Tent of Meeting.

When Aaron saw this, he built an altar before it; and Aaron made a proclamation, and said,“ Tomorrow shall be a feast to Yahweh.”

The roads to Zion mourn, because no one comes to the solemn assembly. All her gates are desolate. Her priests sigh. Her virgins are afflicted, and she herself is in bitterness.

For I desire to have you know how greatly I struggle for you, and for those at Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh;
