You must not eat any bread, or roasted or new grain, until the very day you bring this offering to your God. This is to be a lasting ordinance for the generations to come, wherever you live.

You must not eat any bread until the day you bring your offering to the Lord your God. You must not eat any cooked grain or any of your first grain until that time. This is a law that will last for all time to come. It applies no matter where you live.

And you shall eat neither bread nor grain parched or fresh until this same day, until you have brought the offering of your God: it is a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.

亞伯也把他羊羣中頭生的和羊的脂肪獻上。耶和華看中了亞伯和他的供物，卻看不中該隱和他的供物。該隱就非常生氣，沉下臉來。

又使他們知道你的聖安息日，並藉你僕人摩西傳給他們誡命、律例、律法。

你們要用初熟的麥子磨麵，做成餅當舉祭獻上。你們要舉上，如同舉禾場的舉祭。你們世世代代要用初熟的麥子磨麵，當舉祭獻給耶和華。

在你們一切的住處，脂肪和血都不可吃，這要成為你們世世代代永遠的定例。」

「你們到了迦南地，栽種各樣的果樹，就要把所結的果子當作不潔淨的；三年之內，你們要把它視為不潔淨，是不可吃的。但第四年所結的果子全是聖的，用以讚美耶和華。第五年，你們就可以吃樹上的果子，使樹給你們結出更多的果子。我是耶和華－你們的上帝。

逾越節的第二日，他們吃了當地的出產，就在那一天，吃了無酵餅和烘過的穀物。他們吃了當地出產的第二日，嗎哪就停止了。以色列人不再有嗎哪了。那一年，他們就吃迦南地的出產。

也要將耶和華藉摩西吩咐以色列人的一切律例教導他們。」
