You must not eat any bread, or roasted or new grain, until the very day you bring this offering to your God. This is to be a lasting ordinance for the generations to come, wherever you live.

“你把以下条例告诉以色列人。“你们到了我将要赐给你们的土地后，要让土地每七年在耶和华面前休耕一年。六年之内，你们可以耕种田地，修整葡萄园，收获出产。

你们要记住自己曾在埃及做过奴隶，因此要谨遵这些律例。

亚伯也把羊群中头生的羊及其最肥美的部分献给耶和华。耶和华悦纳亚伯和他的祭物，却不悦纳该隐和他的祭物。该隐便非常恼火，面带怒容。

你使他们知道你的神圣安息日，借你仆人摩西赐给他们诫命、律例和法度。

你们要用初熟的麦子磨面做饼，当作举祭献上，好像献麦场的举祭一样。你们世世代代都要用初熟的麦子磨面，当作举祭献给耶和华。

你们无论住在哪里，都不可吃脂肪和血，这是你们世代永远要遵守的条例。”

“你们到了迦南，在那里栽种各样果树后，前三年不可吃树上的果子，要视它们是不洁净的。第四年，树上的所有果子都是圣洁的，要献给耶和华作颂赞之祭。第五年，你们可以吃树上的果子。你们这样做，果树会为你们结出更多果子。我是你们的上帝耶和华。

第二天他们就吃当地的谷物，吃无酵饼和烤麦穗。他们吃了当地出产后的第二天，吗哪便不再降下，以色列人再没有吗哪吃了。那一年他们开始吃迦南的出产。

你们必须将我借摩西赐给以色列人的一切律例教导他们。”
