“‘ Anyone who eats a sacred offering by mistake must make restitution to the priest for the offering and add a fifth of the value to it.

“‘ Suppose someone eats a sacred offering by mistake. Then they must pay back the priest for the offering. They must also add a fifth of its value to it.

And if anyone eats of a holy thing unintentionally, he shall add the fifth of its value to it and give the holy thing to the priest.

“ Any such person who eats the sacred offerings without realizing it must pay the priest for the amount eaten, plus an additional 20 percent.

If anyone eats a holy offering in error, he is to add a fifth to its value and give the holy offering to the priest.

If, however, someone eats a holy food unintentionally, then he shall add to it a fifth of it and shall give the holy food to the priest.

‘ And if a man eats the holy offering unintentionally, then he shall restore a holy offering to the priest, and add one-fifth to it.

And if a man eat of the holy thing unwittingly, then he shall put the fifth part thereof unto it, and shall give unto the priest the holy thing.

If anyone eats a holy offering in error, he must add a fifth to its value and give the holy offering to the priest.

“‘ If a man eats something holy unwittingly, then he shall add the fifth part of its value to it, and shall give the holy thing to the priest.

If the owner wishes to redeem the animal, a fifth must be added to its value.

If the one who dedicates their house wishes to redeem it, they must add a fifth to its value, and the house will again become theirs.

“ When anyone is unfaithful to the Lord by sinning unintentionally in regard to any of the Lord’s holy things, they are to bring to the Lord as a penalty a ram from the flock, one without defect and of the proper value in silver, according to the sanctuary shekel. It is a guilt offering.They must make restitution for what they have failed to do in regard to the holy things, pay an additional penalty of a fifth of its value and give it all to the priest. The priest will make atonement for them with the ram as a guilt offering, and they will be forgiven.“ If anyone sins and does what is forbidden in any of the Lord’s commands, even though they do not know it, they are guilty and will be held responsible.They are to bring to the priest as a guilt offering a ram from the flock, one without defect and of the proper value. In this way the priest will make atonement for them for the wrong they have committed unintentionally, and they will be forgiven.It is a guilt offering; they have been guilty of wrongdoing against the Lord.”
