“‘ Keep all my decrees and laws and follow them, so that the land where I am bringing you to live may not vomit you out.

“‘ Obey all my rules and laws. Follow them. Then the land where I am bringing you to live will not throw you out.

“ You shall therefore keep all my statutes and all my rules and do them, that the land where I am bringing you to live may not vomit you out.

“ You must keep all my decrees and regulations by putting them into practice; otherwise the land to which I am bringing you as your new home will vomit you out.

耶和華啊，我們等候你行審判之道；你的名和你的名號，是我們心所渴慕的！我的心在夜間渴慕你，我裡面的靈切切尋求你；你的審判臨到大地的時候，世上的居民就學到公義。

願我的心在你的律例中純全，好使我不致蒙羞。

耶和華啊，我全心呼求你，求你回應我！我必謹守你的律例。

為要他們遵守他的律例，謹守他的律法。哈利路亞！

我的靈魂因時時切慕你的法規而耗盡。

你的每一句話都真實可信，你一切公義的法規都存到永遠。

我因你公義的法規，一天七次讚美你。

耶和華的訓誡正直，使人心歡喜；耶和華的誡命純潔，使人眼目明亮；對耶和華的敬畏是純淨的，存留到永遠；耶和華的法規是真實的，全然公義；它們比金子、比大量的純金更珍貴；比蜂蜜、比蜂巢下滴的蜜更甘甜。而且你的僕人也藉著它們受警戒，遵守它們就有豐盛的賞賜。

願我的性命得以存活，得以讚美你；願你的法規幫助我。

我起了誓並且堅守，要遵守你公義的法規。

願我的嘴唇湧出讚美，因為你將你的律例教導我。
