“‘ When you reap the harvest of your land, do not reap to the very edges of your field or gather the gleanings of your harvest.

“‘ Suppose you are harvesting your crops. Then do not harvest all the way to the edges of your field. And do not pick up the grain you missed.

“你在田间收割庄稼的时候，如果遗留一捆在田里，就不可再回去拾取，要留给寄居的、孤儿和寡妇；好使耶和华你的神，在你手里所办的一切事上，赐福给你。你打橄榄树以后，枝上剩下的不可再打，要留给寄居的、孤儿和寡妇。你收取葡萄园的葡萄以后，剩下的不可再摘，要留给寄居的、孤儿和寡妇。你要记住你在埃及作过奴仆，所以我吩咐你遵行这话。”

“你要告诉以色列人，对他们说：你们到了我赐给你们的地，收割庄稼的时候，要把初熟庄稼的一捆带到祭司那里。

在这一天，不刻苦己心的人，必从他的族人中被剪除。
