以下也是智慧人的话：审判的时候看人的情面是不对的。

“你们审判的时候，在度、量、衡上，都不可偏差。

不可屈枉正直，不可徇人的情面，不可收受贿赂，因为贿赂能使智慧人的眼变瞎，也能使义人的话颠倒过来。

不可在穷人诉讼的事上歪曲正义。要远离虚假的事；不可杀无辜和正义的人，因为我决不以恶人为义人。不可受贿赂，因为贿赂能使明眼人变瞎，又能歪曲义人的话。

不可随众行恶，不可在诉讼的事上随众说歪曲正义的话；也不可在诉讼的事上偏护穷人。

“你们不按公义审判，偏袒恶人，要到几时呢？（细拉）

然而你们却侮辱穷人。其实，那些欺压你们，拉你们上法庭的，不就是富足的人吗？难道不是他们亵渎那召你们的尊名吗？（或译：“难道不是他们毁谤你们蒙召的美名吗？”）你们若照着圣经所说“要爱人如己”这话，去完成这至尊的律法，你们就作对了。如果你们凭外貌待人，就是犯罪，律法就要裁定你们是犯法的。

“‘对寄居的和孤儿寡妇屈枉正直的，必受咒诅。’众民都要说：‘阿们。’

“你袋里不可有两样不同的法码，一大一小；你家里不可有两样不同的升斗，一大一小。你要有准确公正的法码，你要有准确公正的升斗，好使你在耶和华你的神赐给你的地上，得享长寿。因为所有行这些事的，就是行不义的事的，都是耶和华你的神厌恶的。

在审判时，偏袒恶人、屈枉义人，是不对的。

他对他们说：“你们行事，必须谨慎；因为你们审判，不是为人，而是为耶和华；你们审判的时候，耶和华必和你们同在。现在你们要敬畏耶和华；你们要谨慎行事，因为耶和华我们的神没有不义，不偏待人，也不受贿赂。”

你要从人民中间选出有才能的人，就是敬畏神、忠实可信、恨恶不义之财的人，设立他们作千夫长、百夫长、五十夫长、十夫长，去管理人民，
