He shall bathe himself with water in the sanctuary area and put on his regular garments. Then he shall come out and sacrifice the burnt offering for himself and the burnt offering for the people, to make atonement for himself and for the people.

He must take a bath in the holy area. And he must put on his regular clothes. Then he will come out and sacrifice the burnt offering for himself. He will also sacrifice the burnt offering for the people. That will pay for his own sin and the people’s sin.

亚伦进圣所，要带一只公牛犊为赎罪祭，一只公绵羊为燔祭。要穿上细麻布圣内袍，把细麻布裤子穿在身上，腰束细麻布带子，头戴细麻布冠冕；这都是圣服。他要用水洗身，然后穿戴。要从以色列会众取两只公山羊为赎罪祭，一只公绵羊为燔祭。

弟兄们，我们既因耶稣的血得以坦然进入至圣所，是藉着他给我们开了一条又新又活的路，从幔子经过，这幔子就是他的身体。又有一位大祭司治理神的家，并我们心中天良的亏欠已经洒去，身体用清水洗净了，就当存着诚心和充足的信心来到神面前；

这些事，连那饮食和诸般洗濯的规矩，都不过是属肉体的条例，命定到振兴的时候为止。

要使亚伦和他儿子到会幕门口来，用水洗身。要给亚伦穿上内袍和以弗得的外袍，并以弗得，又带上胸牌，束上以弗得巧工织的带子。

所要做的就是胸牌、以弗得、外袍、杂色的内袍、冠冕、腰带，使你哥哥亚伦和他儿子穿这圣服，可以给我供祭司的职分。要用金线和蓝色、紫色、朱红色线，并细麻去做。“他们要拿金线和蓝色、紫色、朱红色线，并捻的细麻，用巧匠的手工做以弗得。以弗得当有两条肩带，接上两头，使它相连。其上巧工织的带子，要和以弗得一样的做法，用以束上，与以弗得接连一块，要用金线和蓝色、紫色、朱红色线，并捻的细麻做成。要取两块红玛瑙，在上面刻以色列儿子的名字：六个名字在这块宝石上，六个名字在那块宝石上，都照他们生来的次序。要用刻宝石的手工，仿佛刻图书，按着以色列儿子的名字，刻这两块宝石，要镶在金槽上。要将这两块宝石安在以弗得的两条肩带上，为以色列人做纪念石。亚伦要在两肩上担他们的名字，在耶和华面前作为纪念。要用金子做二槽，又拿精金，用拧工仿佛拧绳子，做两条链子，把这拧成的链子搭在二槽上。”

摸了这些人、物的，必不洁净到晚上；若不用水洗身，就不可吃圣物。

并那诚实作见证的、从死里首先复活、为世上君王元首的耶稣基督，有恩惠、平安归与你们！他爱我们，用自己的血使我们脱离罪恶，又使我们成为国民，作他父神的祭司。但愿荣耀、权能归给他，直到永永远远。阿们！

摩西带了亚伦和他儿子来，用水洗了他们。给亚伦穿上内袍，束上腰带，穿上外袍，又加上以弗得，用其上巧工织的带子把以弗得系在他身上，又给他戴上胸牌，把乌陵和土明放在胸牌内，把冠冕戴在他头上，在冠冕的前面钉上金牌，就是圣冠，都是照耶和华所吩咐摩西的。

第七天，再把头上所有的头发与胡须、眉毛，并全身的毛，都剃了；又要洗衣服，用水洗身，就洁净了。
