當使以色列族自相區別、去諸污衊、恐玷我幕、陷於死亡。○

爾當戒以色列人毋染污穢、恐其蒙不潔、而污其中我之居所、遂至死亡、

“‘ You must keep the Israelites separate from things that make them unclean, so they will not die in their uncleanness for defiling my dwelling place, which is among them.’”

“‘ You must keep the Israelites away from things that make them“ unclean.” Then they will not die for being“ unclean.” And they will not die for making the place“ unclean” where I, the Lord, live. It is in the middle of the camp.’ ”

“ Thus you shall keep the people of Israel separate from their uncleanness, lest they die in their uncleanness by defiling my tabernacle that is in their midst.”

“ This is how you will guard the people of Israel from ceremonial uncleanness. Otherwise they would die, for their impurity would defile my Tabernacle that stands among them.

“我指著我的永生起誓（這是主耶和華的宣告），你既然用你一切可憎的偶像和一切可厭的事來玷污我的聖所，我必收回對你的恩寵，我的眼必不顧惜你，我也不憐恤你。

此外，同一天，她們還向我作了這事，就是玷污我的聖所，又褻瀆我的安息日。

我也要向那人變臉，把他從他的族人中剪除，因為他把自己的兒子獻給摩洛，玷污了我的聖所，褻瀆了我的聖名。

“在大痲風的災病上，你要謹慎自己，照利未支派的祭司指教你們的一切，認真地謹守遵行；我怎樣吩咐了他們，你們就要怎樣謹守遵行。

何況是踐踏神的兒子，把那使他成聖的立約的血當作俗物，又侮辱施恩的聖靈的人，你們想想，他不是應該受更嚴厲的刑罰嗎？

你們要謹守我的安息日，敬畏我的聖所；我是耶和華。

你們要竭力尋求與眾人和睦，並且要竭力追求聖潔。如果沒有聖潔，誰也不能見主。你們要小心，免得有人失去了神的恩典；免得有苦根長起來纏繞你們，因而污染了許多人；

一七之內，他必和許多人堅立盟約；一七之半，他必使獻祭和供物終止；他必在殿裡（“殿裡”原文作“翼上”）；設立那使地荒涼的可憎的像（“可憎的像”原文是複數），直到指定的結局傾倒在那造成荒涼的人身上。”

因為有人已經混進你們中間，他們就是早被判定受刑的不敬虔的人。這些人把我們神的恩典當作放縱情慾的藉口，並且否認獨一的主宰我們的主耶穌基督。

他們要教導我的子民分別聖俗，使他們分辨潔淨的和不潔淨的。

耶和華對我說：“人子啊！我所告訴你耶和華殿的一切規條和法則，你都要留心，用眼看，用耳聽，並要留心聖殿的入口和聖所的所有出口。你要對悖逆的以色列家說：‘主耶和華這樣說：以色列家啊！你們所行一切可憎的事，該夠了吧！你們除了行這一切可憎的事之外，還在你們把脂肪和血獻給我作食物的時候，把身心都未受割禮的外族人帶進我的聖所，玷污了我的殿，違背了我的約。

如果我心裡偏向罪孽，主必不聽；

只因他有殘疾，他就不可進到幔子前，也不可上前到我的祭壇那裡，免得褻瀆我的聖所；我是使他們分別為聖的耶和華。”

如果有人毀壞神的殿，神必要毀壞這人，因為神的殿是聖潔的，這殿就是你們。

為要把不潔淨的和潔淨的，可吃的生物和不可吃的生物，分別出來。

以上是與羊毛衣服或是麻布衣服、編結的或紡織的或任何皮子做的物件有關的發霉律例，可以斷定潔淨，或是不潔淨。
