As long as they have the disease they remain unclean. They must live alone; they must live outside the camp.

King Uzziah had leprosy to the day of his death; and he lived in a separate house, afflicted as he was with leprosy, for he was cut off from the house of the Lord. And his son Jotham was over the king’s house, judging the people of the land.

I have decided to turn such a person over to Satan for the destruction of his body, so that his spirit may be saved on the day of the Lord.

Now we command you, brothers and sisters, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you keep away from every brother or sister who leads a disorderly life and not one in accordance with the tradition which you received from us.

If anyone does not obey our instruction in this letter, take special note of that person so as not to associate with him, so that he will be put to shame.

and nothing unclean, and no one who practices abomination and lying, shall ever come into it, but only those whose names are written in the Lamb’s book of life.

I wrote to you in my letter not to associate with sexually immoral people;I did not at all mean with the sexually immoral people of this world, or with the greedy and swindlers, or with idolaters, for then you would have to leave the world.But actually, I wrote to you not to associate with any so called brother if he is a sexually immoral person, or a greedy person, or an idolater, or is verbally abusive, or habitually drunk, or a swindler— not even to eat with such a person.For what business of mine is it to judge outsiders? Do you not judge those who are within the church?But those who are outside, God judges. Remove the evil person from among yourselves.

Jerusalem sinned greatly, Therefore she has become an object of ridicule. All who honored her despise her Because they have seen her nakedness; Even she herself groans and turns away.

How lonely sits the city That once had many people! She has become like a widow Who was once great among the nations! She who was a princess among the provinces Has become a forced laborer!

and constant friction between people of depraved mind and deprived of the truth, who suppose that godliness is a means of gain.

Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,“ Command the sons of Israel that they send away from the camp everyone with leprosy, everyone having a discharge, and everyone who is unclean because of contact with a dead person.You shall send away both male and female; you shall send them outside the camp so that they do not defile their camp where I dwell in their midst.”And the sons of Israel did so and sent them outside the camp; just as the Lord had spoken to Moses, that is what the sons of Israel did.

And as He entered a village, ten men with leprosy who stood at a distance met Him;

Outside are the dogs, the sorcerers, the sexually immoral persons, the murderers, the idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices lying.
