If the sore is white and is under the skin, it is a skin disease. When the priest looks that person over carefully, he must announce that the person is‘ unclean.’

Now we know that whatever the law says speaks to those who are subject to the law, so that every mouth may be shut and the whole world may become subject to God’s judgment.For no one will be justified in His sight by the works of the law, because the knowledge of sin comes through the law.

I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth is already bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth is already loosed in heaven.”

If he pays no attention to them, tell the church. But if he doesn’t pay attention even to the church, let him be like an unbeliever and a tax collector to you.I assure you: Whatever you bind on earth is already bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth is already loosed in heaven.

Evil people and impostors will become worse, deceiving and being deceived.

Hymenaeus and Alexander are among them, and I have delivered them to Satan, so that they may be taught not to blaspheme.

For the lips of a priest should guard knowledge, and people should seek instruction from his mouth, because he is the messenger of the Lord of Hosts.

Remember your leaders who have spoken God’s word to you. As you carefully observe the outcome of their lives, imitate their faith.

You must distinguish between the holy and the common, and the clean and the unclean,

Be on guard for yourselves and for all the flock that the Holy Spirit has appointed you to as overseers, to shepherd the church of God, which He purchased with His own blood.

“ How your heart was inflamed with lust”— the declaration of the Lord God—“ when you did all these things, the acts of a brazen prostitute,

He went by stages from the Negev to Bethel, to the place between Bethel and Ai where his tent had formerly been,

They must teach My people the difference between the holy and the common, and explain to them the difference between the clean and the unclean.

But avoid irreverent, empty speech, for this will produce an even greater measure of godlessness.And their word will spread like gangrene; Hymenaeus and Philetus are among them.

When you are assembled in the name of our Lord Jesus with my spirit and with the power of our Lord Jesus,turn that one over to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, so that his spirit may be saved in the Day of the Lord.Your boasting is not good. Don’t you know that a little yeast permeates the whole batch of dough?

Foreigners consume his strength, but he does not notice. Even his hair is streaked with gray, but he does not notice.

“ This is what the Lord of Hosts says: Ask the priests for a ruling.

I will kill her children with the plague. Then all the churches will know that I am the One who examines minds and hearts, and I will give to each of you according to your works.

And if anyone does not obey our instruction in this letter, take note of that person; don’t associate with him, so that he may be ashamed.Yet don’t treat him as an enemy, but warn him as a brother.

If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained.”

What should we say then? Is the law sin? Absolutely not! On the contrary, I would not have known sin if it were not for the law. For example, I would not have known what it is to covet if the law had not said, Do not covet.
