如人之膚為火所灼、其處忽起斑斕、紅白相間。

人若肌膚有火灼、後於火灼之處、生白而微紅之斑、或全白之斑、

“ When someone has a burn on their skin and a reddish-white or white spot appears in the raw flesh of the burn,

“ Suppose someone has a burn on their skin. And suppose a white or shiny pink spot shows up in the open sores of the burn.

“ Or, when the body has a burn on its skin and the raw flesh of the burn becomes a spot, reddish-white or white,

“ If anyone has suffered a burn on the skin and the burned area changes color, becoming either reddish white or shiny white,

Or when the flesh hath in the skin thereof a burning by fire, and the quick flesh of the burning become a bright spot, reddish- white, or white;

Or if there be[ any] flesh, in the skin whereof[ there is] a hot burning, and the quick[ flesh] that burneth have a white bright spot, somewhat reddish, or white;

“ Or when the body has a burn from fire on its skin, and the raw flesh of the burn becomes a bright spot, reddish- white, or white,

Instead of perfume there will be a stench; instead of a belt, a rope; instead of beautifully styled hair, baldness; instead of fine clothes, sackcloth; instead of beauty, branding.
