“ When her days of purification are complete, whether for a son or daughter, she is to bring to the priest at the entrance to the tent of meeting a year-old male lamb for a burnt offering, and a young pigeon or a turtledove for a sin offering.

無論生男生女、是日盈滿、潔期既屆、當以未盈歲之綿山羊為火焚祭、並用一雛鴿、或一鳲鳩、為贖罪祭、奉於會幕門前、授於祭司、

“‘ When the days of her purification for a son or daughter are over, she is to bring to the priest at the entrance to the tent of meeting a year-old lamb for a burnt offering and a young pigeon or a dove for a sin offering.

“‘ After she has waited the required number of days to be made pure, she must bring two offerings. She must take them to the priest at the entrance to the tent of meeting. She must bring a lamb a year old for a burnt offering. She must also bring a young pigeon or a dove for a sin offering.

“ And when the days of her purifying are completed, whether for a son or for a daughter, she shall bring to the priest at the entrance of the tent of meeting a lamb a year old for a burnt offering, and a pigeon or a turtledove for a sin offering,

“ When the time of purification is completed for either a son or a daughter, the woman must bring a one year old lamb for a burnt offering and a young pigeon or turtledove for a purification offering. She must bring her offerings to the priest at the entrance of the Tabernacle.

‘ When the days of her purification are completed, for a son or for a daughter, she shall bring to the priest at the doorway of the tent of meeting a one year old lamb as a burnt offering and a young pigeon or a turtledove as a sin offering.

‘ When the days of her purification are fulfilled, whether for a son or a daughter, she shall bring to the priest a lamb of the first year as a burnt offering, and a young pigeon or a turtledove as a sin offering, to the door of the tabernacle of meeting.

And when the days of her purifying are fulfilled, for a son, or for a daughter, she shall bring a lamb a year old for a burnt- offering, and a young pigeon, or a turtle- dove, for a sin- offering, unto the door of the tent of meeting, unto the priest:

“ When her days of purification are complete, whether for a son or daughter, she is to bring to the priest at the entrance to the tent of meeting a year-old male lamb for a burnt offering, and a young pigeon or a turtledove for a sin offering.

And when the days of her purifying are fulfilled, for a son, or for a daughter, she shall bring a lamb of the first year for a burnt offering, and a young pigeon, or a turtledove, for a sin offering, unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, unto the priest:

“‘ When the days of her purification are completed for a son or for a daughter, she must bring a one year old lamb for a burnt offering and a young pigeon or turtledove for a sin offering to the entrance of the Meeting Tent, to the priest.

“‘ When the days of her purification are completed for a son or for a daughter, she shall bring to the priest at the door of the Tent of Meeting, a year old lamb for a burnt offering, and a young pigeon or a turtledove, for a sin offering.

And when the days of their purification according to the law of Moses were finished, they brought him up to Jerusalem to present him to the Lord

He made the one who did not know sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said,“ Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!

For this is the kind of high priest we need: holy, innocent, undefiled, separated from sinners, and exalted above the heavens.

For you know that you were redeemed from your empty way of life inherited from your ancestors, not with perishable things like silver or gold,but with the precious blood of Christ, like that of an unblemished and spotless lamb.

and two turtledoves or two young pigeons, whatever he can afford, one to be a sin offering and the other a burnt offering.

On the eighth day she must take two turtledoves or two young pigeons and bring them to the priest at the entrance to the tent of meeting.

“ Tell the Israelites: When a woman becomes pregnant and gives birth to a male child, she will be unclean seven days, as she is during the days of her menstrual impurity.

He must take two turtledoves or two young pigeons on the eighth day, come before the LORD at the entrance to the tent of meeting, and give them to the priest.

He must bring his penalty for guilt for the sin he has committed to the LORD: a female lamb or goat from the flock as a sin offering. In this way the priest will make atonement on his behalf for his sin.“ But if he cannot afford an animal from the flock, then he may bring to the LORD two turtledoves or two young pigeons as penalty for guilt for his sin— one as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering.He is to bring them to the priest, who will first present the one for the sin offering. He is to twist its head at the back of the neck without severing it.Then he will sprinkle some of the blood of the sin offering on the side of the altar, while the rest of the blood is to be drained out at the base of the altar; it is a sin offering.He will prepare the second bird as a burnt offering according to the regulation. In this way the priest will make atonement on his behalf for the sin he has committed, and he will be forgiven.

On the eighth day he is to bring two turtledoves or two young pigeons to the priest at the entrance to the tent of meeting.

“ But if his offering for a burnt offering is from the flock, from sheep or goats, he is to present an unblemished male.He will slaughter it on the north side of the altar before the LORD. Aaron’s sons the priests will splatter its blood against the altar on all sides.He will cut the animal into pieces with its head and its fat, and the priest will arrange them on top of the burning wood on the altar.But he is to wash the entrails and legs with water. The priest will then present all of it and burn it on the altar; it is a burnt offering, a food offering, a pleasing aroma to the LORD.
