我要以你們作我的人民，我也要作你們的神；你們要知道我是耶和華你們的神，是把你們從埃及人的重擔底下救出來的。

神呼召我們，不是要我們沾染污穢，而是要我們聖潔。

因為聖經上記著說：“你們要聖潔，因為我是聖潔的。”

他帶領自己的子民歡歡樂樂出來，帶領自己的選民歡呼著出來。他把多國的地土賜給他們，他們就承受眾民勞碌的成果，為要使他們謹守他的律例，遵守他的律法。你們要讚美耶和華。
