“ You are to abhor these birds. They must not be eaten because they are abhorrent: eagles, bearded vultures, Egyptian vultures,

他们的喉咙是敞开的坟墓，他们用舌头弄诡诈，他们嘴里有虺蛇的毒，满口是咒骂和恶毒；为了杀人流血，他们的脚步飞快，在经过的路上留下毁灭和悲惨。和睦之道，他们不晓得，

他们既然故意不认识神，神就任凭他们存着败坏的心，去作那些不正当的事。这些人充满了各样的不义、邪恶、贪心、阴险；满怀嫉妒、凶杀、好斗、欺诈、幸灾乐祸；又是好说谗言的、毁谤人的、憎恨神的、凌辱人的、傲慢的、自夸的、制造恶事的、忤逆父母的、冥顽不灵的、不守信用的、冷酷无情的、没有恻隐之心的。他们虽然明明知道行这些事的人，神判定他们是该死的，然而他们不单自己去行，也喜欢别人去行。

“你要把号角放在你的嘴上，敌人如鹰一般来攻击耶和华的家；因为他们违背了我的约，干犯了我的律法。

你们不可吃的鸟类有以下这些：鹰、狗头鹰、红头鹰、鸢、隼、黑隼，以及这一类的鸟；乌鸦和这一类的鸟；驼鸟、夜鹰、海鹰、雀鹰，以及这一类的鸟；小猫头鹰、猫头鹰、角鸱、小枭、秃鵰、鱼鹰、鹳、鹭，以及这一类的鸟；戴胜和蝙蝠。有翅膀的昆虫，对你们都不洁净，你们都不可吃。洁净的鸟类，你们都可以吃。

他们的马比豹更快，比晚上的豺狼更猛。他们的骑兵奔驰，自远而来；他们如鹰飞翔，迅速吞噬。

大鹰上腾，在高处筑巢，是听你的吩咐吗？它住在山岩之上，栖息在岩崖与坚固所在之上，从那里窥看猎物，它们的眼睛可以从远处观望。它的幼雏也都吮血；被杀的人在哪里，鹰也在哪里。”

矿坑中的路，鸷鸟不知道，连鹰的眼也未曾见过；

看哪！他必如密云涌聚，他的战车如旋风，他的马比鹰还快。我们有祸了，我们灭亡了！

我们从前也是无知、不顺服、受了迷惑、被各种私欲和逸乐所奴役，生活在恶毒和嫉妒之中，是可憎可恶的，并且互相仇视。

尸首在哪里，鹰也必聚在哪里。

因为耶和华这样说：“看哪！必有一人像大鹰疾飞，展开翅膀攻击摩押。

乌鸦雏鸟因缺乏食物飞来飞去，向神哀求的时候，谁为乌鸦预备食物呢？”

“我的子民愚妄，他们连我都不认识，是无知的儿女，没有悟性；他们有智慧行恶，却没有知识行善。”

追赶我们的比空中的鹰还快；他们在山上追赶我们，在旷野埋伏攻击我们。
