剖禽之翼、而弗中判、置於壇、陳於柴、爇以火、是為燔祭、取其馨香、以奉事我。

持兩翼而裂之、但毋裂盡、祭司遂焚於祭臺火焚之柴上、是為火焚祭、為馨香之火祭獻於主、

He shall tear it open by the wings, not dividing it completely, and then the priest shall burn it on the wood that is burning on the altar. It is a burnt offering, a food offering, an aroma pleasing to the Lord.

He must take hold of the wings of the bird and tear it open. But he must not tear it in two. Then the priest will burn it on the wood burning on the altar. It is a burnt offering. It is a food offering. Its smell pleases the Lord.

So when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said,“ It is finished!” And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit.

Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name.But do not forget to do good and to share, for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.

For Christ also suffered once for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive by the Spirit,

In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin You had no pleasure.Then I said,‘ Behold, I have come— in the volume of the book it is written of Me— to do Your will, O God.’”Previously saying,“ Sacrifice and offering, burnt offerings, and offerings for sin You did not desire, nor had pleasure in them”( which are offered according to the law),then He said,“ Behold, I have come to do Your will, O God.” He takes away the first that He may establish the second.By that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.And every priest stands ministering daily and offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins.But this Man, after He had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down at the right hand of God,

but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot.He indeed was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for youwho through Him believe in God, who raised Him from the dead and gave Him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God.

And he shall bring them to the priest, who shall offer that which is for the sin offering first, and wring off its head from its neck, but shall not divide it completely.

who was delivered up because of our offenses, and was raised because of our justification.

but he shall wash its entrails and its legs with water. And the priest shall burn all on the altar as a burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, a sweet aroma to the Lord.‘ If his offering is of the flocks— of the sheep or of the goats— as a burnt sacrifice, he shall bring a male without blemish.
