He shall tear it open by the wings, not dividing it completely, and then the priest shall burn it on the wood that is burning on the altar. It is a burnt offering, a food offering, an aroma pleasing to the Lord.

He must take hold of the wings of the bird and tear it open. But he must not tear it in two. Then the priest will burn it on the wood burning on the altar. It is a burnt offering. It is a food offering. Its smell pleases the Lord.

遂悉取而中剖之、置之兩旁、使各相對、惟鳥不剖、

主享其馨香、其心曰、嗣後我必不緣人降禍於地、降禍於地原文作詛地因人自幼時、心懷惡念、我不復滅生物如前所行、

主必不將我靈魂遺棄於示阿勒、示阿勒見六篇五節小註主必不使敬主虔誠人朽壞、

耶穌受醯、曰、成矣、遂俯首、其靈歸焉、或作以靈交於天主

是以我儕當賴耶穌、讚美天主、稱謝其名、為我口之果、以此為祭而獻之、勿忘行善、供人之所需、此乃天主所悅之祭、

蓋基督亦一次為人之罪受苦、受苦有原文抄本作受死乃義者代不義者、欲導我儕至天主前、以身受死、以神復活、以身受死以神復活或作以身言乃受死以神言乃復活

耶穌復大聲而呼、氣遂絕、

乃以基督之寶血、如無疵無玷羔羊之血、基督在創世之先已預定、在此末世為爾曹顯現、爾曹賴基督信天主使基督由死復活、且賜之榮光、使爾向天主有信與望、

攜至祭司前、祭司取為火焚祭者先獻、當從鳥項折其首、但勿折斷、

耶穌為我儕之罪而被解、為使我儕得稱義而復活、

惟臟與脛以水洗滌、祭司將一切焚於祭臺上、是為火焚祭、為馨香之火祭獻於主、○若用羊獻為火焚祭、無論綿羊山羊、皆當用無疵之牡者、
