You are to slaughter it at the north side of the altar before the Lord, and Aaron’s sons the priests shall splash its blood against the sides of the altar.

They must kill it at the north side of the altar in the sight of the Lord. The priests in Aaron’s family line must splash its blood against the sides of the altar.

『你要告訴亞倫和他的子孫說：解罪祭的法規是這樣。你要在永恆主面前宰燔祭牲的地方宰解罪祭牲；這是至聖的。

上帝對我說：『人子啊，你舉目向北。』我就舉目向北，便見祭壇門北邊，出入處那裏有這惹主妒憤的雕像！

亞倫宰了燔祭牲，亞倫的兒子們將血遞給他，他就潑在祭壇的四圍。他們又把燔祭一塊一塊地連頭遞給他，他都燻在祭壇上。又洗了臟腑和腿，燻在祭壇上燔祭品上面。

人在甚麼地方宰燔祭牲，也要在那地方宰解罪責祭牲；祭司要把祭牲的血潑在祭壇的四圍。

摩西把桌子安在會棚裏、在帳幕北面、在帷帳外；

亞倫子孫做祭司的要把火放在祭壇上，把柴擺在火上；亞倫子孫做祭司的要把切塊和頭跟板油擺在祭壇上之火的柴上；至於燔祭牲的臟腑和腿、卻要用水去洗，祭司就要把這一切全都燻在祭壇上、做燔祭、做怡神香氣之火祭、獻與永恆主。
