You are to slaughter it at the north side of the altar before the Lord, and Aaron’s sons the priests shall splash its blood against the sides of the altar.

“你对亚伦和他的子孙说，赎罪祭的条例乃是这样：要在耶和华面前、宰燔祭牲的地方宰赎罪祭牲；这是至圣的。

神对我说：“人子啊，你举目向北观看。”我就举目向北观看，见祭坛门的北边，在门口有这惹忌邪的偶像；

亚伦宰了燔祭牲，他儿子把血递给他，他就洒在坛的周围，又把燔祭一块一块地、连头递给他，他都烧在坛上；又洗了脏腑和腿，烧在坛上的燔祭上。

人在哪里宰燔祭牲，也要在那里宰赎愆祭牲；其血，祭司要洒在坛的周围。

又把桌子安在会幕内，在帐幕北边，在幔子外。

祭司亚伦的子孙要把火放在坛上，把柴摆在火上。亚伦子孙作祭司的，要把肉块和头并脂油摆在坛上火的柴上。但燔祭的脏腑与腿要用水洗。祭司就要把一切全烧在坛上，当作燔祭，献与耶和华为馨香的火祭。
