Then the LORD called to Moses and spoke to him from the Meeting Tent:

The Lord called to Moses and spoke to him from the tent of meeting. He said,

The Lord called out to Moses. He spoke to him from the tent of meeting. He said,

The Lord called Moses and spoke to him from the tent of meeting, saying,

The Lord called to Moses from the Tabernacle and said to him,

Then the LORD summoned Moses and spoke to him from the tent of meeting:

And Jehovah called unto Moses, and spake unto him out of the tent of meeting, saying,

Yahweh called to Moses, and spoke to him from the Tent of Meeting, saying,

Moses went up to God, and the LORD called to him from the mountain,“ Thus you will tell the house of Jacob, and declare to the people of Israel:

I will meet with you there, and from above the atonement lid, from between the two cherubim that are over the ark of the testimony, I will speak with you about all that I will command you for the Israelites.

“ This will be a regular burnt offering throughout your generations at the entrance of the tent of meeting before the LORD, where I will meet with you to speak to you there.

Then the cloud covered the tent of meeting, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle.Moses was not able to enter the tent of meeting because the cloud settled on it and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle.

Moses took the tent and pitched it outside the camp, at a good distance from the camp, and he called it the tent of meeting. Anyone seeking the LORD would go out to the tent of meeting that was outside the camp.

Now when Moses went into the tent of meeting to speak with the LORD, he heard the voice speaking to him from above the atonement lid that was on the ark of the testimony, from between the two cherubim. Thus he spoke to him.

The LORD said to Moses,“ Come up to me to the mountain and remain there, and I will give you the stone tablets with the law and the commandments that I have written, so that you may teach them.”

But to Moses the LORD said,“ Come up to the LORD, you and Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel, and worship from a distance.Moses alone may come near the LORD, but the others must not come near, nor may the people go up with him.”

So all the work of the tabernacle, the tent of meeting, was completed, and the Israelites did according to all that the LORD had commanded Moses– they did it exactly so.

For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came about through Jesus Christ.
