The Lord called to Moses and spoke to him from the tent of meeting. He said,

The Lord called out to Moses. He spoke to him from the tent of meeting. He said,

The Lord called to Moses from the Tabernacle and said to him,

Then the LORD summoned Moses and spoke to him from the tent of meeting:

Then Moses went up to God, and the Lord called to him from the mountain and said,“ This is what you are to say to the descendants of Jacob and what you are to tell the people of Israel: (niv)

There, above the cover between the two cherubim that are over the ark of the covenant law, I will meet with you and give you all my commands for the Israelites. (niv)

“ For the generations to come this burnt offering is to be made regularly at the entrance to the tent of meeting, before the Lord. There I will meet you and speak to you; (niv)

Then the cloud covered the tent of meeting, and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle.Moses could not enter the tent of meeting because the cloud had settled on it, and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle. (niv)

Now Moses used to take a tent and pitch it outside the camp some distance away, calling it the“ tent of meeting.” Anyone inquiring of the Lord would go to the tent of meeting outside the camp. (niv)

When Moses entered the tent of meeting to speak with the Lord, he heard the voice speaking to him from between the two cherubim above the atonement cover on the ark of the covenant law. In this way the Lord spoke to him. (niv)

The Lord said to Moses,“ Come up to me on the mountain and stay here, and I will give you the tablets of stone with the law and commandments I have written for their instruction.” (niv)

Then the Lord said to Moses,“ Come up to the Lord, you and Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel. You are to worship at a distance,but Moses alone is to approach the Lord; the others must not come near. And the people may not come up with him.” (niv)

So all the work on the tabernacle, the tent of meeting, was completed. The Israelites did everything just as the Lord commanded Moses. (niv)

For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. (niv)
