Put a veil over their hearts, and may your curse be on them!

Cover their minds with a veil. Put a curse on them!

You will give them dullness of heart; your curse will be on them.

Give them hard and stubborn hearts, and then let your curse fall on them!

You will give them a heart filled with anguish. May your curse be on them!

Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed.

But Sihon king of Heshbon would not let us pass by him: for the LORD thy God hardened his spirit, and made his heart obstinate, that he might deliver him into thy hand, as[ appeareth] this day.

And all the people shall say, Amen.Cursed[ be] he that lieth with any manner of beast. And all the people shall say, Amen.Cursed[ be] he that lieth with his sister, the daughter of his father, or the daughter of his mother. And all the people shall say, Amen.Cursed[ be] he that lieth with his mother in law. And all the people shall say, Amen.Cursed[ be] he that smiteth his neighbour secretly. And all the people shall say, Amen.Cursed[ be] he that taketh reward to slay an innocent person. And all the people shall say, Amen.Cursed[ be] he that confirmeth not[ all] the words of this law to do them. And all the people shall say, Amen.

As he loved cursing, so let it come unto him: as he delighted not in blessing, so let it be far from him.As he clothed himself with cursing like as with his garment, so let it come into his bowels like water, and like oil into his bones.
