追想着我的苦難和流浪簡直就是毒菜和苦堇。

我之禍患艱難、茵蔯苦膽、尚其憶之兮、

余也追思禍患、回憶苦境、如荼如膽兮。

我遭患難災禍、若食茵蔯、若服苦毒、求主垂念、
