The Lord has rejected his altar and abandoned his sanctuary. He has given the walls of her palaces into the hands of the enemy; they have raised a shout in the house of the Lord as on the day of an appointed festival.

The Lord deserted his altar. He left his temple. He gave the walls of Jerusalem’s palaces into the hands of her enemies. They shouted loudly in the house of the Lord. You would have thought it was the day of an appointed feast.

The Lord has scorned his altar, disowned his sanctuary; he has delivered into the hand of the enemy the walls of her palaces; they raised a clamor in the house of the Lord as on the day of festival.

The Lord has rejected his own altar; he despises his own sanctuary. He has given Jerusalem’s palaces to her enemies. They shout in the Lord’s Temple as though it were a day of celebration.

今在聖所、敵加毀損、閱時已久、請爾垂顧兮、爾之寇讎、在於聖會、呼號靡已、爰立旌旗、以為記誌兮、彼舉斧斤、遍伐林木、以此自誇兮、更以刀鋸盡毀雕琢之器兮、火焚聖所、加以污衊、俾成邱墟兮。自謂毀之務盡、凡在斯邦、有上帝之室、必爇之兮、

上帝聞之、其怒殊甚、於以色列族深惡之兮、昔上帝在人間、擇示羅之幕以駐蹕、今則遐棄之兮、尊榮之法匱、斯民所恃、茲為敵所遷兮、

爾當告以色列家云、主耶和華曰、我之聖所、爾素以為榮、素所欣慕者、余必使之被玷、爾所遺之子女、必亡以刃。

以金玉為飾、驕志頓生、遂用之以作可惡之像、故我使民棄之如遺、亦使遠方之強暴攘奪之、蔑視之、我亦遐棄斯民、使強暴者入我聖所、加以瀆玩。

燬耶和華殿、王宮宦第、及耶路撒冷民室、

攻陷斯邑而燬之、昔斯邑之民、曾在樓巔焚香、以奉巴力、灌奠以事他上帝、干我震怒、故火焚其樓。

當猶大王希西家之時、摩哩沙人米迦為先知、告猶大庶民曰、萬有之主耶和華曰、人將耕郇邑之地、有若田疇、耶路撒冷將變為瓦礫、斯殿之山、將為林藪。

王宮民室、悉為迦勒底人所燬、墮耶路撒冷城垣。

主視民若敵、吞噬以色列兮、毀其宮室、墮其城垣、使猶大民憂愁靡已兮。

毀爾邑垣、使聖所寂寞、不享爾馨香。

火焚猶大、燬耶路撒冷宮殿、

故緣爾故、人將耕郇邑之地、盡成田疇、耶路撒冷悉變瓦礫、斯殿之山將為林藪。

彼驅於敵國、我不屏斥之、厭棄之、殲滅之、不廢我約、蓋我耶和華尚為其上帝。

設證誣之曰、此人僭妄聖所律法不已、我儕曾聞其言曰、拿撒勒耶穌、將毀此所、改摩西所授之例也、

耶穌曰、爾不見此乎、我誠告爾、將不遺石於石上、乃必盡圮也、○

燬上帝殿、墮耶路撒冷城焚宮室、壞珍器。

貧乏者流、王拯救之、豪強之輩、王糜爛之、億萬斯年、兆民寅畏爾兮、維彼臨民、如降甘霖、草萊雖刈、仍沾潤澤兮。在位之時、義人振興、如月之恆、百姓綏安兮。自東海至西海、自大河至地極、悉歸統轄兮。居荒服者、拜跪於前、為仇敵者、望塵俯伏兮、大失海島之王、將饋禮物、示巴西巴之主、將納貢稅兮、列王稽首、萬姓歸誠兮。維彼窮獨、援手無人、呼籲於王、必加拯救兮、哀矜貧苦、援其生命兮、受欺遭虐者、王手援之兮、劇傷流血者、王矜恤之兮、王享遐齡、人饋示巴之金、恆為王祈、日頌讚之兮。王宇內五穀豐登、山之巔、禾秀偏反、有若利巴嫩之林、邑人繁多、有若草萊之茂兮。王壽無疆、如日之長、萬邦之民、賴厥福祉、頌美靡已兮。以色列之上帝耶和華、獨行異跡、當揄揚之兮、維願榮名宣播、永世靡暨、維願榮光丕顯、徧於寰區、是誠心所願兮、是誠心所願兮、耶西子大闢、畢其祈兮。

聖邑荒涼、郇城蕪沒、耶路撒冷傾圮。昔有聖室、輝煌矞麗、我祖頌美之處、茲經焚燬、我所艷羨之區、今變荒蕪。

昔以示羅為籲我名之所、以色列族作惡、我既有以處之矣。爾可往觀。耶和華又曰、爾既作此、我數告爾、爾弗聽、我屢召爾、爾不諾、故我所錫爾祖、及爾之地、與斯殿為籲我名之所、爾所恃者、我必敗之、如昔敗示羅然。

則我必棄此殿宇、與昔棄示羅無異、使此邑為列邦所詛。

主怒郇邑、愁雲慘淡、以色列雖榮光焜耀、若躋穹蒼、必下墮於地兮、雖為駐蹕之所、亦所弗惜兮。

我將使異邦之惡者至、據其宅第、玷其聖所、滅其所挾以誇人者。

爾籲我、我必應、示以經綸、神妙莫測、爾所未聞。以色列族之上帝耶和華曰、斯民作惡、干我震怒、我遐棄之、使迦勒底人攻擊斯邑、築高壘、用器械、毀猶大王宮殿、庶人宅第、殺戮其民、尸相枕藉。
