你們一切過路的人哪，這事你們不介意嗎？你們要觀看：有像這臨到我的痛苦沒有－就是耶和華在他發烈怒的日子使我所受的苦？

耶和華如此說：你的損傷無法醫治；你的傷痕極其重大。無人為你分訴，使你的傷痕得以纏裹；你沒有醫治的良藥。你所親愛的都忘記你，不來探問你。我因你的罪孽甚大，罪惡眾多，曾用仇敵加的傷害傷害你，用殘忍者的懲治懲治你。你為何因損傷哀號呢？你的痛苦無法醫治。我因你的罪孽甚大，罪惡眾多，曾將這些加在你身上。

你要將這話對他們說：願我眼淚汪汪，晝夜不息，因為我百姓受了裂口破壞的大傷。

在基列豈沒有乳香呢？在那裏豈沒有醫生呢？我百姓為何不得痊癒呢？

大衛來到巴力‧毗拉心，在那裏擊殺非利士人，說：「耶和華在我面前沖破敵人，如同水沖去一般。」因此稱那地方為巴力‧毗拉心。

你使地震動，而且崩裂；求你將裂口醫好，因為地搖動。

他使大災禍臨到我們，成就了警戒我們和審判我們官長的話；原來在普天之下未曾行過像在耶路撒冷所行的。

所以，主耶和華如此說：泰爾啊，我必與你為敵，使許多國民上來攻擊你，如同海使波浪湧上來一樣。他們必破壞泰爾的牆垣，拆毀她的城樓。我也要刮淨塵土，使她成為淨光的磐石。

巴比倫忽然傾覆毀壞；要為她哀號；為止她的疼痛，拿乳香或者可以治好。我們想醫治巴比倫，她卻沒有治好。離開她吧！我們各人歸回本國；因為她受的審判通於上天，達到穹蒼。

所以耶和華論他這樣說：錫安的處女藐視你，嗤笑你；耶路撒冷的女子向你搖頭。
