“路人啊，你们都无动于衷吗？你们看看，耶和华向我发烈怒，降祸于我，还有谁比我更痛苦呢？

所有过路的人啊！你们毫不在意吗？你们要细察要观看，有没有痛苦像我所受的痛苦，就是耶和华在他发烈怒的日子使我所受的痛苦。

『故此一切過路人哪，你們觀察來看吧！看所加於我的、有沒有痛苦像我的痛苦，就是永恆主發烈怒時所使我受的苦。

凡過此者、斯豈於爾無涉乎、請觀我所遭之憂、何憂可比兮、耶和華於其震怒之日、所加於我兮、

耶和華震怒、降災我躬、爾曹過此、見予哀慘、無所比儗、乃不為意兮。

凡爾過路者、未遭我所遭者、主震怒之日、降災於我、使我憂傷、爾曹且視有何憂傷、可與我之憂傷相比、

Jerusalem also says,“ All you who are passing by, don’t you care about what has happened to me? Just look at my condition. Has anyone suffered the way I have? The Lord has brought all this on me. He has made me suffer. His anger has burned against me.

“ Is it nothing to you, all you who pass by? Look and see if there is any sorrow like my sorrow, which was brought upon me, which the Lord inflicted on the day of his fierce anger.

“ Does it mean nothing to you, all you who pass by? Look around and see if there is any suffering like mine, which the Lord brought on me when he erupted in fierce anger.

Is this nothing to you, all you who pass by? Look and see! Is there any pain like mine, which was dealt out to me, which the LORD made me suffer on the day of his burning anger?

“ Is it nothing to all you who pass this way? Look and see if there is any pain like my pain Which was inflicted on me, With which the Lord tormented me on the day of His fierce anger.

“ Is it nothing to you, all you who pass by? Behold and see If there is any sorrow like my sorrow, Which has been brought on me, Which the Lord has inflicted In the day of His fierce anger.

Is it nothing to you, all ye that pass by? Behold, and see if there be any sorrow like unto my sorrow, which is brought upon me, Wherewith Jehovah hath afflicted me in the day of his fierce anger.

Is this nothing to you, all you who pass by? Look and see! Is there any pain like mine, which was dealt out to me, which the Lord made me suffer on the day of His burning anger?

[ Is it] nothing to you, all ye that pass by? behold, and see if there be any sorrow like unto my sorrow, which is done unto me, wherewith the LORD hath afflicted[ me] in the day of his fierce anger.

Is it nothing to you, all you who pass by on the road? Look and see! Is there any pain like mine? The Lord has afflicted me, he has inflicted it on me when he burned with anger.מ( Mem)

“ Is it nothing to you, all you who pass by? Look, and see if there is any sorrow like my sorrow, which is brought on me, with which Yahweh has afflicted me in the day of his fierce anger.

Jesus turned and said to them,“ Daughters of Jerusalem, do not weep for me; weep for yourselves and for your children.For the time will come when you will say,‘ Blessed are the childless women, the wombs that never bore and the breasts that never nursed!’Then“‘ they will say to the mountains,“ Fall on us!” and to the hills,“ Cover us!”’For if people do these things when the tree is green, what will happen when it is dry?”

You have fulfilled the words spoken against us and against our rulers by bringing on us great disaster. Under the whole heaven nothing has ever been done like what has been done to Jerusalem.

Therefore I will make the heavens tremble; and the earth will shake from its place at the wrath of the Lord Almighty, in the day of his burning anger.

For then there will be great distress, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now— and never to be equaled again.

Their land will be an object of horror and of lasting scorn; all who pass by will be appalled and will shake their heads.

What can I say for you? With what can I compare you, Daughter Jerusalem? To what can I liken you, that I may comfort you, Virgin Daughter Zion? Your wound is as deep as the sea. Who can heal you?

The fierce anger of the Lord will not turn back until he fully accomplishes the purposes of his heart. In days to come you will understand this.

For this is the time of punishment in fulfillment of all that has been written.How dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers! There will be great distress in the land and wrath against this people.

The punishment of my people is greater than that of Sodom, which was overthrown in a moment without a hand turned to help her.Their princes were brighter than snow and whiter than milk, their bodies more ruddy than rubies, their appearance like lapis lazuli.But now they are blacker than soot; they are not recognized in the streets. Their skin has shriveled on their bones; it has become as dry as a stick.Those killed by the sword are better off than those who die of famine; racked with hunger, they waste away for lack of food from the field.With their own hands compassionate women have cooked their own children, who became their food when my people were destroyed.The Lord has given full vent to his wrath; he has poured out his fierce anger. He kindled a fire in Zion that consumed her foundations.
