但斯人於夢幻中、亦如是污衊形軀、藐忽執政、謗讟尊榮、

若此之人、等諸夢幻、污衊其身、藐視執政、譭謗尊者、

此等夢寐者、亦若是污其身、藐視執政者、毀謗居尊位者、

今日之醉生夢死、玷身辱體目無主宰、凌辱天神者、亦復如是、

In the very same way, on the strength of their dreams these ungodly people pollute their own bodies, reject authority and heap abuse on celestial beings.

In the very same way, these ungodly people act on their evil dreams. So they make their own bodies impure. They don’t accept authority. And they say evil things against heavenly beings.

Yet in like manner these people also, relying on their dreams, defile the flesh, reject authority, and blaspheme the glorious ones.

In the same way, these people— who claim authority from their dreams— live immoral lives, defy authority, and scoff at supernatural beings.

In the same way these people— relying on their dreams— defile their flesh, reject authority, and slander glorious ones.

Yet in the same way these people also, dreaming, defile the flesh, reject authority, and speak abusively of angelic majesties.

Likewise also these dreamers defile the flesh, reject authority, and speak evil of dignitaries.

Yet in like manner these also in their dreamings defile the flesh, and set at nought dominion, and rail at dignities.

Nevertheless, these dreamers likewise defile their flesh, reject authority, and blaspheme glorious ones.

Likewise also these[ filthy] dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities.

Yet these men, as a result of their dreams, defile the flesh, reject authority, and insult the glorious ones.

Obey your leaders and submit to them, for they watch on behalf of your souls, as those who will give account, that they may do this with joy, and not with groaning, for that would be unprofitable for you.

for the sexually immoral, for homosexuals, for slave- traders, for liars, for perjurers, and for any other thing contrary to the sound doctrine,

Honor all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the king.

but chiefly those who walk after the flesh in the lust of defilement and despise authority. Daring, self- willed, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignitaries;whereas angels, though greater in might and power, don’t bring a railing judgment against them before the Lord.But these, as unreasoning creatures, born natural animals to be taken and destroyed, speaking evil in matters about which they are ignorant, will in their destroying surely be destroyed,

“ You shall not blaspheme God, nor curse a ruler of your people.

If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy him; for God’s temple is holy, which you are.

But Michael, the archangel, when contending with the devil and arguing about the body of Moses, dared not bring against him an abusive condemnation, but said,“ May the Lord rebuke you!”But these speak evil of whatever things they don’t know. They are destroyed in these things that they understand naturally, like the creatures without reason.

There is a generation that curses their father, and doesn’t bless their mother.

Therefore he who rejects this doesn’t reject man, but God, who has also given his Holy Spirit to you.
