不過，這些做夢的人一方面也同樣地汙穢身體，另一方面拒絕有主權的，又褻瀆那些有榮耀的。

但斯人於夢幻中、亦如是污衊形軀、藐忽執政、謗讟尊榮、

若此之人、等諸夢幻、污衊其身、藐視執政、譭謗尊者、

此等夢寐者、亦若是污其身、藐視執政者、毀謗居尊位者、

今日之醉生夢死、玷身辱體目無主宰、凌辱天神者、亦復如是、

In the very same way, on the strength of their dreams these ungodly people pollute their own bodies, reject authority and heap abuse on celestial beings.

In the very same way, these ungodly people act on their evil dreams. So they make their own bodies impure. They don’t accept authority. And they say evil things against heavenly beings.

Yet in like manner these people also, relying on their dreams, defile the flesh, reject authority, and blaspheme the glorious ones.

In the same way, these people— who claim authority from their dreams— live immoral lives, defy authority, and scoff at supernatural beings.

In the same way these people— relying on their dreams— defile their flesh, reject authority, and slander glorious ones.

Likewise also these dreamers defile the flesh, reject authority, and speak evil of dignitaries.

Yet in like manner these also in their dreamings defile the flesh, and set at nought dominion, and rail at dignities.

Nevertheless, these dreamers likewise defile their flesh, reject authority, and blaspheme glorious ones.

Likewise also these[ filthy] dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities.

Yet these men, as a result of their dreams, defile the flesh, reject authority, and insult the glorious ones.

Yet in the same way, these also in their dreaming defile the flesh, despise authority, and slander celestial beings.

Obey your leaders and submit to them— for they keep watch over your souls as those who will give an account— so that they may do this with joy, not groaning; for this would be unhelpful for you.

for the sexually immoral, homosexuals, slave traders, liars, perjurers, and whatever else is contrary to sound teaching,

Honor all people, love the brotherhood, fear God, honor the king.

and especially those who indulge the flesh in its corrupt passion, and despise authority. Reckless, self centered, they speak abusively of angelic majesties without trembling,whereas angels who are greater in might and power do not bring a demeaning judgment against them before the Lord.But these, like unreasoning animals, born as creatures of instinct to be captured and killed, using abusive speech where they have no knowledge, will in the destruction of those creatures also be destroyed,

Furthermore, in your bedroom do not curse a king, and in your sleeping rooms do not curse a rich person; for a bird of the sky will bring the sound, and the winged one will make your word known.

And Paul said,“ I was not aware, brothers, that he is high priest; for it is written:‘ You shall not speak evil of a ruler of your people.’ ”

But his citizens hated him and sent a delegation after him, saying,‘ We do not want this man to reign over us.’

If anyone destroys the temple of God, God will destroy that person; for the temple of God is holy, and that is what you are.

But Michael the archangel, when he disputed with the devil and argued about the body of Moses, did not dare pronounce against him an abusive judgment, but said,“ The Lord rebuke you!”But these people disparage all the things that they do not understand; and all the things that they know by instinct, like unreasoning animals, by these things they are destroyed.

The eye that mocks a father And scorns a mother, The ravens of the valley will pick it out, And the young eagles will eat it.

For God knows that on the day you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will become like God, knowing good and evil.”

May the Lord cut off all flattering lips, The tongue that speaks great things;Who have said,“ With our tongue we will prevail; Our lips are our own; who is lord over us?”

There is a kind of person who curses his father And does not bless his mother.

Then Moses sent a summons to Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab; but they said,“ We will not come up.Is it not enough that you have brought us up out of a land flowing with milk and honey to have us die in the wilderness, but you would also appoint yourself as master over us?

Therefore, the one who rejects this is not rejecting man, but the God who gives His Holy Spirit to you.

Our fathers were unwilling to be obedient to him; on the contrary they rejected him and turned back to Egypt in their hearts,
