然而照樣子、這些人還是在夢中染污肉體，棄絕主尊，謗讟「眾榮耀」的靈。

不過，這些做夢的人一方面也同樣地汙穢身體，另一方面拒絕有主權的，又褻瀆那些有榮耀的。

但斯人於夢幻中、亦如是污衊形軀、藐忽執政、謗讟尊榮、

若此之人、等諸夢幻、污衊其身、藐視執政、譭謗尊者、

此等夢寐者、亦若是污其身、藐視執政者、毀謗居尊位者、

今日之醉生夢死、玷身辱體目無主宰、凌辱天神者、亦復如是、

In the very same way, on the strength of their dreams these ungodly people pollute their own bodies, reject authority and heap abuse on celestial beings.

In the very same way, these ungodly people act on their evil dreams. So they make their own bodies impure. They don’t accept authority. And they say evil things against heavenly beings.

In the same way, these people— who claim authority from their dreams— live immoral lives, defy authority, and scoff at supernatural beings.

In the same way these people— relying on their dreams— defile their flesh, reject authority, and slander glorious ones.

Yet in the same way these people also, dreaming, defile the flesh, reject authority, and speak abusively of angelic majesties.

Likewise also these dreamers defile the flesh, reject authority, and speak evil of dignitaries.

Yet in like manner these also in their dreamings defile the flesh, and set at nought dominion, and rail at dignities.

Nevertheless, these dreamers likewise defile their flesh, reject authority, and blaspheme glorious ones.

Likewise also these[ filthy] dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities.

Yet these men, as a result of their dreams, defile the flesh, reject authority, and insult the glorious ones.

Yet in the same way, these also in their dreaming defile the flesh, despise authority, and slander celestial beings.

Obey your leaders and submit to them, for they are keeping watch over your souls, as those who will have to give an account. Let them do this with joy and not with groaning, for that would be of no advantage to you.

the sexually immoral, men who practice homosexuality, enslavers, liars, perjurers, and whatever else is contrary to sound doctrine,

Honor everyone. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the emperor.

and especially those who indulge in the lust of defiling passion and despise authority. Bold and willful, they do not tremble as they blaspheme the glorious ones,whereas angels, though greater in might and power, do not pronounce a blasphemous judgment against them before the Lord.But these, like irrational animals, creatures of instinct, born to be caught and destroyed, blaspheming about matters of which they are ignorant, will also be destroyed in their destruction,

Even in your thoughts, do not curse the king, nor in your bedroom curse the rich, for a bird of the air will carry your voice, or some winged creature tell the matter.

And Paul said,“ I did not know, brothers, that he was the high priest, for it is written,‘ You shall not speak evil of a ruler of your people.’”

“ You shall not revile God, nor curse a ruler of your people.

If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy him. For God’s temple is holy, and you are that temple.

But when the archangel Michael, contending with the devil, was disputing about the body of Moses, he did not presume to pronounce a blasphemous judgment, but said,“ The Lord rebuke you.”But these people blaspheme all that they do not understand, and they are destroyed by all that they, like unreasoning animals, understand instinctively.

The eye that mocks a father and scorns to obey a mother will be picked out by the ravens of the valley and eaten by the vultures.

For God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”

May the Lord cut off all flattering lips, the tongue that makes great boasts,those who say,“ With our tongue we will prevail, our lips are with us; who is master over us?”

There are those who curse their fathers and do not bless their mothers.

And Moses sent to call Dathan and Abiram the sons of Eliab, and they said,“ We will not come up.Is it a small thing that you have brought us up out of a land flowing with milk and honey, to kill us in the wilderness, that you must also make yourself a prince over us?

Therefore whoever disregards this, disregards not man but God, who gives his Holy Spirit to you.
