Then Joshua, together with all Israel, took Achan son of Zerah, the silver, the robe, the gold bar, his sons and daughters, his cattle, donkeys and sheep, his tent and all that he had, to the Valley of Achor.

Then Joshua and all the people grabbed Achan, the son of Zerah. They took the silver, the robe and the gold bar. They took Achan’s sons and daughters. They took his cattle, donkeys and sheep. They also took his tent and everything he had. They carried all of it out to the Valley of Achor.

And Joshua and all Israel with him took Achan the son of Zerah, and the silver and the cloak and the bar of gold, and his sons and daughters and his oxen and donkeys and sheep and his tent and all that he had. And they brought them up to the Valley of Achor.

Then Joshua and all the Israelites took Achan, the silver, the robe, the bar of gold, his sons, daughters, cattle, donkeys, sheep, goats, tent, and everything he had, and they brought them to the valley of Achor.

这地界是从亚割谷往北上到底璧，直向亚都冥斜坡对面的吉甲，就是河的南边，这地界再经过隐‧示麦泉，直通到隐‧罗结。

沙仑必成为羊群的圈，亚割谷成为牛群躺卧之处，都为寻求我的民所得。

众人在亚干身上堆了一大堆石头，直存到今日。于是耶和华转意，不发他的烈怒。因此，那地方名叫亚割谷，直到今日。

不可跪拜那些像，也不可事奉它们，因为我耶和华—你的上帝是忌邪的上帝。恨我的，我必惩罚他们的罪，自父及子，直到三、四代；

但那些想要发财的人就陷在诱惑、罗网和许多无知有害的欲望中，使人沉沦，以致败坏和灭亡。贪财是万恶之根。有人因贪恋钱财而背离信仰，用许多愁苦把自己刺透了。

于是会众远离了可拉、大坍和亚比兰的帐棚。大坍和亚比兰带着妻子、儿女和小孩子出来，站在自己的帐棚门口。摩西说：“因这件事，你们就必知道这一切事是耶和华差派我做的，并非出于我的心意。这些人的死若和世人无异，或者他们所遭遇的和其他人相同，那么耶和华就不曾差派我了。但是，倘若耶和华创作一件新事，使地开了裂口，把他们和一切属他们的都吞下去，叫他们活活坠落阴间，你们就知道是这些人藐视了耶和华。”摩西刚说完这些话，他们脚下的地就裂开，

在那里，我必赐她葡萄园，又赐她亚割谷作为指望的门。她必在那里回应，像在年轻时从埃及地上来的时候一样。

暴力敛财的，扰害己家；恨恶贿赂的，必得存活。

你绝不会做这样的事，把义人与恶人一同杀了，使义人与恶人一样。你绝不会这样！审判全地的主岂不做公平的事吗？”

他们把城中所有的，无论男女老少，牛羊和驴，都用刀杀尽。

他的肚腹正要满足的时候，上帝必将猛烈的愤怒降在他身上；他正在吃饭的时候，上帝要将这愤怒如雨降在他身上。他要躲避铁的武器，铜弓要将他射透。箭一抽，就从他背上出来，发亮的箭头从他胆中出来；有惊惶临到他身上。他的财宝隐藏在深沉的黑暗里；有非人吹起的火要把他吞灭，把他帐棚中所剩下的烧毁。天要显明他的罪孽，地要兴起去攻击他。他家里出产的必消失，在上帝愤怒的日子被冲走。

他吞了财宝，还要吐出；上帝要从他腹中掏出来。

“看哪，我因你所得不义之财和你们中间所流的血，就击打手掌。到了我对付你的日子，你的心岂能忍受呢？你的手还能有力吗？我—耶和华说了这话，就必成就。

以色列人在当灭之物上犯了罪。犹大支派中，谢拉的曾孙，撒底的孙子，迦米的儿子亚干取了当灭之物，耶和华的怒气就向以色列人发作。

我见日光之下有一件令人忧伤的祸患，就是财主积存财富，反害自己。

但你们务必谨慎，不可取那当灭的物，免得你们受诅咒，取了那当灭的物，使以色列全营成为诅咒而遭受灾祸。
