Then Joshua, together with all Israel, took Achan son of Zerah, the silver, the robe, the gold bar, his sons and daughters, his cattle, donkeys and sheep, his tent and all that he had, to the Valley of Achor.

Then Joshua and all the people grabbed Achan, the son of Zerah. They took the silver, the robe and the gold bar. They took Achan’s sons and daughters. They took his cattle, donkeys and sheep. They also took his tent and everything he had. They carried all of it out to the Valley of Achor.

And Joshua and all Israel with him took Achan the son of Zerah, and the silver and the cloak and the bar of gold, and his sons and daughters and his oxen and donkeys and sheep and his tent and all that he had. And they brought them up to the Valley of Achor.

Then Joshua and all the Israelites took Achan, the silver, the robe, the bar of gold, his sons, daughters, cattle, donkeys, sheep, goats, tent, and everything he had, and they brought them to the valley of Achor.

Joshua, and all Israel with him, took Achan the son of Zerah, the silver, the robe, the wedge of gold, his sons, his daughters, his cattle, his donkeys, his sheep, his tent, and all that he had; and they brought them up to the valley of Achor.

其界又自亞割谷北、上至底璧、向亞都冥前之吉甲、在溪以南、其界自此至日泉水、又至濯衣泉、

沙崙必為牧羊之地、亞割谷必為牛群蹲臥之處、皆尋求我之民所得、

堆石成大岡、以掩其上、至今尚存、於是主息其烈怒、故名其地曰亞割亞割譯即禍患之義谷、至今日尚有此名、

毋跪拜、毋崇事、蓋我耶和華爾之天主、乃忌邪之天主、或作不容人崇奉別神惡我者、我必討其罪、以及子孫、至三四代、

圖富有者陷誘惑、罹網羅、墮無理有害之慾中即溺人於沈淪及滅亡者也、貪利為萬惡之根、有人慕之、則迷失於道、以多苦自刺、

眾離可拉大坍亞比蘭幕之四周、大坍亞比蘭與妻及子女出、立於幕門、摩西曰、我行此諸事、乃主遣我行、非由我心意而行、有明證爾必知之、若此人死同於眾人、受罰與他人所受無異、則知主未嘗遣我、若主作一新事、使地啟口、吞此眾與一切所有、致俱生墮於示阿勒、示阿勒有譯陰府見創世記三十七章三十五節小註則可知此人實干犯主怒、干犯主怒或作褻瀆主摩西言竟、彼眾所立之地分裂、

又在彼賜之以葡萄園、雖在亞割谷、仍有門路可望、在彼必謳歌、與幼年之時、出自伊及之日無異、

貪利者擾害己家、惡賄者必得生存、

不分善惡俱誅、待善惡相均、此固非主所為、鞫天下者豈不行公義乎、

以刃盡滅城中所有之男女老幼、牛羊與驢、

彼將充腹、天主向之震怒、正欲食時、天主雨災於其身、若遇兵刃兵刃原文作鐵器而遁、則銅弓發矢、中而刺之、刀自鞘拔、洞穿其身、光明之劍、深入其膽、可懼之患難、必臨及其身、一切幽暗、必藏其庫中、非人所舉之火、非人所舉之火原文作不吹之火必燬之、在其幕中所遺者、必遇患難、天必顯彰其罪、地必起而攻之、其家產必蕩然無存、消滅於天主震怒之日、

其併吞之貨財必吐出、天主使之吐自腹中、

爾行不義得財、殺人流血、我忿恨鼓掌、我罰爾之日至、爾心豈不怯乎、爾手豈不疲乎、我耶和華既言必成、

以色列人擅取歸主之物而犯罪、蓋猶大支派、謝拉曾孫颯底孫迦米子亞干、取歸主之物、故主怒以色列人、○

遭遇患難、貲財俱失、雖生子、手中毫無所有、以遺於子、

物歸於主或為當滅者、爾自慎、勿取之、取之則成為當滅者、並使以色列全營亦為當滅者、陷之於禍、
