Then Joshua, together with all Israel, took Achan son of Zerah, the silver, the robe, the gold bar, his sons and daughters, his cattle, donkeys and sheep, his tent and all that he had, to the Valley of Achor.

Then Joshua and all the people grabbed Achan, the son of Zerah. They took the silver, the robe and the gold bar. They took Achan’s sons and daughters. They took his cattle, donkeys and sheep. They also took his tent and everything he had. They carried all of it out to the Valley of Achor.

And Joshua and all Israel with him took Achan the son of Zerah, and the silver and the cloak and the bar of gold, and his sons and daughters and his oxen and donkeys and sheep and his tent and all that he had. And they brought them up to the Valley of Achor.

Then Joshua and all the Israelites took Achan, the silver, the robe, the bar of gold, his sons, daughters, cattle, donkeys, sheep, goats, tent, and everything he had, and they brought them to the valley of Achor.

Then Joshua and all Israel with him took Achan son of Zerah, the silver, the cloak, and the bar of gold, his sons and daughters, his ox, donkey, and sheep, his tent, and all that he had, and brought them up to the Valley of Achor.

Then Joshua, and all Israel with him, took Achan the son of Zerah, the silver, the robe, the bar of gold, his sons, his daughters, his oxen, his donkeys, his sheep, his tent, and all that belonged to him; and they brought them up to the Valley of Achor.

Then Joshua and all Israel took Achan, son of Zerah, along with the silver, the robe, the bar of gold, his sons, daughters, ox, donkey, sheep, tent, and all that belonged to him and brought them up to the Valley of Disaster.

Joshua, and all Israel with him, took Achan the son of Zerah, the silver, the robe, the wedge of gold, his sons, his daughters, his cattle, his donkeys, his sheep, his tent, and all that he had; and they brought them up to the valley of Achor.

又從亞割谷上到底璧，再北轉到河的南邊亞都冥山坡對面的吉甲去；又經過隱．示麥水泉，直通到隱．羅結；

沙崙平原必成為羊群的牧場，亞割谷要成為牛群躺臥之處，都為那些尋求我的子民所得。

眾人又在亞干身上堆起了一大堆石頭，這堆石頭一直存到今日；於是耶和華就回心轉意，不發烈怒。因此那地方名叫亞割谷，直到今日。

不可跪拜它們，也不可事奉它們，因為我耶和華你們的神是忌邪的神；恨惡我的，我必追討他們的罪，從父親到兒子，直到三四代。

但那些想要發財的人，就落在試探中和陷阱裡；又落在許多無知而有害的私慾裡，使人沉淪在敗壞和滅亡中；因為貪財是萬惡之根。有人貪愛錢財，就被引誘離開真道，用許多痛苦把自己刺透了。

於是，眾人離開了可拉、大坍、亞比蘭帳幕的四周；大坍、亞比蘭就帶著妻子、兒女和小孩出來，站在自己的帳幕門口。摩西說：“由此你們可以知道，我作這一切事，是耶和華派我作的，並不是出於我自己的心意。如果這些人死亡像一般人死亡一樣，或是他們所遭遇的像一般人的遭遇一樣，那麼就不是耶和華派我來的。如果耶和華作一件新事，使地開口，把他們和他們所有的都吞下去，叫他們活活地下到陰間，這樣你們就知道這些人是藐視耶和華了。”摩西說完了這一切話，他們腳下的地就裂開。

在那裡我要把葡萄園歸還給她，使亞割谷變成‘希望之門’。她必在那裡回應，像她少年的時候一樣，也像她從埃及地上來的那天一般。”

貪愛不義之財的禍害自己的家；恨惡賄賂的必可以存活。

你絕不會作這樣的事：把義人與惡人一同殺死，把義人和惡人一樣看待，你絕不會這樣！審判全地的主，豈可不行公義嗎？”

他們把城中的一切，無論男女老幼、牛羊和驢，都用刀殺盡。

他正在填飽肚腹的時候，神就把猛烈的怒氣降在他身上，他正在吃飯的時候，神要把這怒氣如雨降在他身上。他要逃避鐵製的兵器，但銅弓的箭必把他射穿；他把箭一抽，箭就從背後出來，發亮的箭頭從他的膽中出來，死亡的驚恐臨到他身上。萬般黑暗為他的財寶留存，不是由人吹著的火要吞滅他，要毀掉他帳棚中所剩下的。天必顯露他的罪孽，地要興起來攻擊他，他的家產必被掠去，在神忿怒的日子被沖走。

他吞下了財寶，還要把它吐出來，神要從他的腹中把它掏出來，

“‘看哪！因你所得的不義之財，又因在你中間所流的血，我就拍掌。到了我懲治你的日子，你的心還能受得住嗎？你的手還有力嗎？我耶和華說了，就必實行。

以色列人在那當毀滅的物上犯了不忠實的罪；因為猶大支派中，謝拉的曾孫、撒底的孫子、迦米的兒子亞干，取了當毀滅的物，耶和華就向以色列人發怒。

我看見日光之下有一令人痛心的憾事，就是財主積聚財富，反受其害。

不過你們要謹慎，不可取那當毀滅的物，恐怕你們貪心，取了那當毀滅的物，就使以色列營成為當毀滅的，使以色列營遭遇災禍。
