All the silver and gold and the articles of bronze and iron are sacred to the Lord and must go into his treasury.”

All the silver and gold is holy. It is set apart to the Lord. So are all the things made out of bronze and iron. All those things must be added to the treasures kept in the Lord’ s house.”

The Levites, their relatives, were in charge of the treasures of the house of God and of the treasures of the dedicated gifts.

And he took away the treasures of the house of the Lord and the treasures of the king’s house, and he took everything; he even took all the shields of gold which Solomon had made.

Some of the heads of fathers’ households gave to the work. The governor gave to the treasury a thousand gold drachmas, fifty basins, and 530 priests’ garments.And some of the heads of fathers’ households gave to the treasury for the work twenty thousand gold drachmas and 2,200 silver minas.

He brought into the house of God the dedicated things of his father and his own dedicated things: silver, gold, and utensils.

It will come about at the end of seventy years that the Lord will visit Tyre. Then she will go back to her prostitute’s wages and commit prostitution with all the kingdoms on the face of the earth.Her profit and her prostitute’s wages will be sacred to the Lord; it will not be stored up or hoarded, but her profit will become sufficient food and magnificent attire for those who dwell in the presence of the Lord.

And in the fourth year all its fruit shall be holy, an offering of praise to the Lord.
