Then ye shall let your children know, saying, Israel came over this Jordan on dry land.

可告之曰、昔以色列人由陸地過約但、

爾當告之曰、昔以色列族濟約但、如行陸地。

當告之曰、此乃證以色列人、昔由乾地過此約但、

tell them,‘ Israel crossed the Jordan on dry ground.’

Their parents must tell them,‘ Israel went across the Jordan River on dry ground.’

then you shall let your children know,‘ Israel passed over this Jordan on dry ground.’

Then you can tell them,‘ This is where the Israelites crossed the Jordan on dry ground.’

then you shall inform your children, saying,‘ Israel crossed this Jordan on dry ground.’

then you shall let your children know, saying,‘ Israel crossed over this Jordan on dry land’;

explain to your children,‘ Israel crossed the Jordan River on dry ground.’

And the priests that bare the ark of the covenant of Jehovah stood firm on dry ground in the midst of the Jordan; and all Israel passed over on dry ground, until all the nation were passed clean over the Jordan.

For the horses of Pharaoh went in with his chariots and with his horsemen into the sea, and Jehovah brought back the waters of the sea upon them; but the children of Israel walked on dry land in the midst of the sea.

that saith to the deep, Be dry, and I will dry up thy rivers;

But the children of Israel walked upon dry land in the midst of the sea; and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left.

Is it not thou that driedst up the sea, the waters of the great deep; that madest the depths of the sea a way for the redeemed to pass over?

And the sixth poured out his bowl upon the great river, the river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way might be made ready for the kings that come from the sunrising.

Come, and see the works of God; He is terrible in his doing toward the children of men.He turned the sea into dry land; They went through the river on foot: There did we rejoice in him.
