謂以色列人曰、異日爾之子孫、問其祖父曰、此石何意、

告以色列族曰、越至後世、爾之子孫、倘詰爾曰、立石何意。

謂以色列人曰、日後倘爾子孫問長上曰、此石何意、

He said to the Israelites,“ In the future when your descendants ask their parents,‘ What do these stones mean?’

Then he spoke to the Israelites. He said,“ In days to come, your children after you will ask their parents,‘ What do these stones mean?’

And he said to the people of Israel,“ When your children ask their fathers in times to come,‘ What do these stones mean?’

Then Joshua said to the Israelites,“ In the future your children will ask,‘ What do these stones mean?’

And he said to the sons of Israel,“ When your children ask their fathers in time to come, saying,‘ What are these stones?’

Then he spoke to the children of Israel, saying:“ When your children ask their fathers in time to come, saying,‘ What are these stones?’

And he spake unto the children of Israel, saying, When your children shall ask their fathers in time to come, saying, What mean these stones?

and he said to the Israelites,“ In the future, when your children ask their fathers,‘ What is the meaning of these stones?’

He told the Israelites,“ When your children someday ask their fathers,‘ What do these stones represent?’

so that this will be a sign among you. In the future, when your children ask you,‘ What do these stones mean to you?’

Sing to him, sing praise to him; tell about all his wondrous works!Boast in his holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the LORD rejoice.Seek the LORD and his strength; seek his face always.Remember the wondrous works he has done, his wonders, and the judgments he has pronounced,

One generation will declare your works to the next and will proclaim your mighty acts.I will speak of your splendor and glorious majesty and your wondrous works.They will proclaim the power of your awe-inspiring acts, and I will declare your greatness.They will give a testimony of your great goodness and will joyfully sing of your righteousness.
