你要吩咐抬约柜的祭司说：‘你们到了约旦河的水边上，就要在约旦河水里站住。’”

你要吩咐抬着约柜的祭司说：‘你们到了约旦河水边的时候，要站在约旦河中。’”

你要吩咐擡約櫃的祭司說：『你們到了約旦河的水邊上，就要在約旦河水裏站住。』」

Tell the priests who carry the ark of the covenant:‘ When you reach the edge of the Jordan’s waters, go and stand in the river.’”

Speak to the priests who carry the ark of the covenant. Tell them,‘ When you reach the edge of the Jordan River, go into the water and stand there.’ ”

And as for you, command the priests who bear the ark of the covenant,‘ When you come to the brink of the waters of the Jordan, you shall stand still in the Jordan.’”

Give this command to the priests who carry the Ark of the Covenant:‘ When you reach the banks of the Jordan River, take a few steps into the river and stop there.’”

Command the priests carrying the ark of the covenant: When you reach the edge of the water, stand in the Jordan.”

So you shall command the priests who are carrying the ark of the covenant, saying,‘ When you come to the edge of the waters of the Jordan, you shall stand still in the Jordan.’ ”

You shall command the priests who bear the ark of the covenant, saying,‘ When you have come to the edge of the water of the Jordan, you shall stand in the Jordan.’”

諭民曰、爾見祭司利未人舁主爾天主之約匱、則離爾所而從其後、

舁主約匱之祭司、在約但河中立於乾地、待以色列眾民過約但、皆由乾地而過、

摩西謂民曰、毋懼、可立而待、以觀主向爾今日所施之救、爾今日見伊及人、後必永不復見之、

希西家命獻火焚祭於祭臺、火焚祭始獻、即謳歌頌美主、和以角、並用以色列王大衛之樂器、

在猶大地、天主感民、一心遵王與諸伯所傳主之命、

大衛召祭司撒督與亞比亞他、亦召利未人烏列、亞帥雅、約珥、示瑪雅、以列、亞米拿達、謂之曰、爾曹為利未支派之族長、當與同族自潔、舁主以色列天主之匱、至我為其所備之所、

召諸祭司及利未人至、集於東衢、謂之曰、利未人、宜聽我言、今爾當潔身、以潔主爾列祖之天主之殿、由聖所除其污穢、我祖父獲罪、行惡於主我列祖之天主前、違棄主、不顧其聖所、封閉大廊之門、滅其燈、不焚香、不在聖所獻火焚祭於以色列之天主、故主震怒猶大及耶路撒冷、使遭患難、受驚恐、被恥笑、如爾目睹、我祖父緣此被刀殺、我子女我妻緣此被擄掠、今我有意立約、必歸主以色列之天主、或作今我有意與主以色列之天主立約或主向我息怒、我子歟、今勿懈怠、蓋主選爾曹、侍立其前、奉事焚香、

我命利未人自潔己身、來守城門、守安息日為聖日、求我天主因此事垂念我、循主之恩憐憫我、○

利未人族長乃哈沙比、示利比、甲篾子耶書亞、其同族兄弟與之相對列班、班與班相對立、頌美讚揚主、循天主僕大衛所定之例、瑪他尼、八布加、俄巴底、米書蘭、達捫、亞谷、皆循班守門、立於門內之房、以上所載諸人、皆與約薩達孫耶書亞子約雅金、與方伯尼希米、並為祭司之文士以斯拉同時、○耶路撒冷城垣告成、民在利未人所居各處、招利未人至耶路撒冷、欲歡呼讚揚、謳歌、擊鈸、鳴琴、鼓瑟、行告成禮、所有謳歌者、遂自耶路撒冷四周之鄉里、自尼陀法鄉村、自吉甲地、自迦巴及押瑪弗之田野、咸集、蓋謳歌者為己立鄉村於耶路撒冷之四周、

希西家問祭司與利未人曰、何以物積成堆若此耶、撒督族祭司長亞薩利雅曰、自民獻禮物於主殿時、我儕恆得足食、多有所餘、蓋主賜福於民、此眾多之物、即其餘也、

又遣利未人示瑪雅、尼他尼、西巴第、亞撒黑、示米拉末、約拿單、亞多尼雅、多比雅、奪亞多尼雅、又有祭司以利沙瑪、約蘭偕之、攜主律法書、遍行猶大諸邑、教誨其民、

大祭司以利雅實子耶何耶大、其子之一、為和倫人參巴拉之壻、故我逐之離我、

安靜以望主拯救、斯方為善、

希西家與諸牧伯、命利未人用大衛與先見雅薩之頌詞、頌美主、彼欣喜頌美、鞠躬而拜、

集其同族、同族原文作兄弟各潔其身、而後來潔主殿、循王所諭、遵主之命、

王命諸祭司各守其職、勉之供主殿之役事、教誨以色列人之利未人、潔己潔己或作區別為聖以奉事主者、王諭之曰、以色列王大衛子所羅門所建之殿、爾曹將聖匱置於其中、不復以肩舁之、今當專奉事主爾之天主、服事其民以色列、爾當自備、按爾宗族、循爾班列、遵以色列王大衛及其子所羅門所錄之例、立於聖所、循爾同族以色列民宗族之次序、亦循利未人宗族之次序、潔己宰逾越節羔、為爾同族備之、遵主藉摩西所諭之命、○
