他在聖者的會中，是大有威嚴的神，比一切在他四圍的更可畏懼。

所以我們既得了不能震動的國，就當感恩，照神所喜悅的，用虔誠、敬畏的心事奉神。因為我們的神乃是烈火。

神說：「不要近前來。當把你腳上的鞋脫下來，因為你所站之地是聖地」；

雅各見拉班的氣色向他不如從前了。

原來陀斐特又深又寬，早已為王預備好了；其中堆的是火與許多木柴。耶和華的氣如一股硫磺火使他着起來。
