Now the Jordan is at flood stage all during harvest. Yet as soon as the priests who carried the ark reached the Jordan and their feet touched the water’s edge,

The water of the Jordan was going over its banks. It always does that at the time the crops are being gathered. The priests came to the river. Their feet touched the water’s edge.

and as soon as those bearing the ark had come as far as the Jordan, and the feet of the priests bearing the ark were dipped in the brink of the water( now the Jordan overflows all its banks throughout the time of harvest),

It was the harvest season, and the Jordan was overflowing its banks. But as soon as the feet of the priests who were carrying the Ark touched the water at the river’s edge,

Now the Jordan overflows its banks throughout the harvest season. But as soon as the priests carrying the ark reached the Jordan, their feet touched the water at its edge

and when those who were carrying the ark came up to the Jordan and the feet of the priests carrying the ark stepped down into the edge of the water( for the Jordan overflows all its banks all the days of harvest),

and as those who bore the ark came to the Jordan, and the feet of the priests who bore the ark dipped in the edge of the water( for the Jordan overflows all its banks during the whole time of harvest),

and when they that bare the ark were come unto the Jordan, and the feet of the priests that bare the ark were dipped in the brink of the water( for the Jordan overfloweth all its banks all the time of harvest),

Now the Jordan overflows its banks throughout the harvest season. But as soon as the priests carrying the ark reached the Jordan, their feet touched the water at its edge

And as they that bare the ark were come unto Jordan, and the feet of the priests that bare the ark were dipped in the brim of the water,( for Jordan overfloweth all his banks all the time of harvest,)

When the ones carrying the ark reached the Jordan and the feet of the priests carrying the ark touched the surface of the water–( the Jordan is at flood stage all during harvest time)–

and when those who bore the ark had come to the Jordan, and the feet of the priests who bore the ark had dipped in the edge of the water( for the Jordan overflows all its banks all the time of harvest),

正月，約旦河水漲過兩岸的時候，他們過河，使所有住河谷的人東奔西逃。

「你與步行的人同跑，尚且覺得累，怎能與馬賽跑呢？你在安全之地尚且會跌倒，在約旦河邊的叢林要怎麼辦呢？

看哪，就像獅子從約旦河邊的叢林上來，攻擊堅固的居所，我要在轉眼之間使以東人逃跑，離開這地。我揀選誰，就派誰治理這地。誰能像我呢？誰能召我出庭呢？有哪一個牧人能在我面前站得住呢？

抬耶和華約櫃的祭司從約旦河中上來，腳掌一落乾地，約旦河的水就流回原處，仍舊漲滿兩岸。

當抬耶和華全地之主約櫃的祭司，腳掌踏入約旦河水裏的時候，約旦河的水，就是從上往下流的水，必然中斷，豎立成壘。」

使它被腳踐踏，就是被困苦人和貧寒人的腳踐踏。」

「你要守亞筆月，向耶和華－你的神守逾越節，因為在亞筆月，耶和華－你的神在夜間領你出埃及。你當在那裏，耶和華選擇作為他名居所的地方，從羊羣牛羣中，將逾越節的祭牲獻給耶和華－你的神。這祭牲不可和有酵的東西一起吃。因為你曾匆忙離開埃及地，你要吃無酵餅，就是困苦餅七日，好讓你一生的年日記得你從埃及地出來的那一日。在你全境內，七日不可見到酵母。第一日晚上所獻的肉，一點也不可留到早晨。你不可在耶和華－你神所賜的各城中，任何一座城裏，獻逾越節的祭，只可在那裏，耶和華－你神選擇作為他名居所的地方，在晚上日落的時候，就是你出埃及的時候，獻逾越節的祭。你要在耶和華－你神所選擇的地方把肉烤來吃，次日早晨就回到你的帳棚去。你要吃無酵餅六日，第七日要向耶和華－你的神守嚴肅會，不可做工。」「你要計算七個七日：從你用鐮刀開始收割莊稼時算起，一共七個七日。

以色列人在吉甲安營。正月十四日晚上，他們在耶利哥的平原守逾越節。逾越節的第二日，他們吃了當地的出產，就在那一天，吃了無酵餅和烘過的穀物。他們吃了當地出產的第二日，嗎哪就停止了。以色列人不再有嗎哪了。那一年，他們就吃迦南地的出產。

「你要吩咐以色列人，對他們說：你們到了我賜給你們的地，收割莊稼的時候，要把初熟莊稼中的一捆拿來給祭司。他要把這捆在耶和華面前搖一搖，使你們蒙悅納。祭司要在安息日的次日把這捆搖一搖。搖這捆的那一日，你們要獻一隻一歲沒有殘疾的小公綿羊，給耶和華作燔祭。同獻的素祭是十分之二伊法調了油的細麵，作為獻給耶和華馨香的火祭；同獻的澆酒祭是四分之一欣酒。無論是餅，是烘熟的穀物，是新穗子，你們都不可吃；直等到你們把這供物帶來獻給你們神的那一天，才可以吃。在你們一切的住處，這要成為你們世世代代永遠的定例。」「你們要從安息日的次日，就是獻那捆莊稼為搖祭的那日起，計算足足的七個安息日。到第七個安息日的次日，共計五十天，你們要將新的素祭獻給耶和華。
