時值收穫、約但水溢於岸、舁約匱之祭司至河、足濡於水、

Now the Jordan is at flood stage all during harvest. Yet as soon as the priests who carried the ark reached the Jordan and their feet touched the water’s edge,

The water of the Jordan was going over its banks. It always does that at the time the crops are being gathered. The priests came to the river. Their feet touched the water’s edge.

and as soon as those bearing the ark had come as far as the Jordan, and the feet of the priests bearing the ark were dipped in the brink of the water( now the Jordan overflows all its banks throughout the time of harvest),

It was the harvest season, and the Jordan was overflowing its banks. But as soon as the feet of the priests who were carrying the Ark touched the water at the river’s edge,

and when those who were carrying the ark came up to the Jordan and the feet of the priests carrying the ark stepped down into the edge of the water( for the Jordan overflows all its banks all the days of harvest),

and as those who bore the ark came to the Jordan, and the feet of the priests who bore the ark dipped in the edge of the water( for the Jordan overflows all its banks during the whole time of harvest),

and when they that bare the ark were come unto the Jordan, and the feet of the priests that bare the ark were dipped in the brink of the water( for the Jordan overfloweth all its banks all the time of harvest),

Now the Jordan overflows its banks throughout the harvest season. But as soon as the priests carrying the ark reached the Jordan, their feet touched the water at its edge

And as they that bare the ark were come unto Jordan, and the feet of the priests that bare the ark were dipped in the brim of the water,( for Jordan overfloweth all his banks all the time of harvest,)

When the ones carrying the ark reached the Jordan and the feet of the priests carrying the ark touched the surface of the water–( the Jordan is at flood stage all during harvest time)–

and when those who bore the ark had come to the Jordan, and the feet of the priests who bore the ark had dipped in the edge of the water( for the Jordan overflows all its banks all the time of harvest),

正月，約旦河水漲過兩岸的時候，他們過河，使一切住平原的人東奔西逃。

耶和華說：你若與步行的人同跑，尚且覺累，怎能與馬賽跑呢？你在平安之地，雖然安穩，在約旦河邊的叢林要怎樣行呢？

仇敵必像獅子從約旦河邊的叢林上來，攻擊堅固的居所。轉眼之間，我要使以東人逃跑，離開這地。誰蒙揀選，我就派誰治理這地。誰能比我呢？誰能給我定規日期呢？有何牧人能在我面前站立得住呢？

擡耶和華約櫃的祭司從約旦河裏上來，腳掌剛落旱地，約旦河的水就流到原處，仍舊漲過兩岸。

等到擡普天下主耶和華約櫃的祭司把腳站在約旦河水裏，約旦河的水，就是從上往下流的水，必然斷絕，立起成壘。」

要被腳踐踏，就是被困苦人的腳和窮乏人的腳踐踏。

「你要注意亞筆月，向耶和華－你的神守逾越節，因為耶和華－你的神在亞筆月夜間領你出埃及。你當在耶和華所選擇要立為他名的居所，從牛羣羊羣中，將逾越節的祭牲獻給耶和華－你的神。你吃這祭牲，不可吃有酵的餅；七日之內要吃無酵餅，就是困苦餅－你本是急忙出了埃及地－要叫你一生一世記念你從埃及地出來的日子。在你四境之內，七日不可見麵酵，頭一日晚上所獻的肉，一點不可留到早晨。在耶和華－你神所賜的各城中，你不可獻逾越節的祭；只當在耶和華－你神所選擇要立為他名的居所，晚上日落的時候，乃是你出埃及的時候，獻逾越節的祭。當在耶和華－你神所選擇的地方把肉烤了吃，次日早晨就回到你的帳棚去。你要吃無酵餅六日，第七日要向耶和華－你的神守嚴肅會，不可做工。」「你要計算七七日：從你開鐮收割禾稼時算起，共計七七日。

以色列人在吉甲安營。正月十四日晚上，在耶利哥的平原守逾越節。逾越節的次日，他們就吃了那地的出產；正當那日吃無酵餅和烘的穀。他們吃了那地的出產，第二日嗎哪就止住了，以色列人也不再有嗎哪了。那一年，他們卻吃迦南地的出產。

「你曉諭以色列人說：你們到了我賜給你們的地，收割莊稼的時候，要將初熟的莊稼一捆帶給祭司。他要把這一捆在耶和華面前搖一搖，使你們得蒙悅納。祭司要在安息日的次日把這捆搖一搖。搖這捆的日子，你們要把一歲、沒有殘疾的公綿羊羔獻給耶和華為燔祭。同獻的素祭，就是調油的細麵伊法十分之二，作為馨香的火祭，獻給耶和華。同獻的奠祭，要酒一欣四分之一。無論是餅，是烘的子粒，是新穗子，你們都不可吃，直等到把你們獻給神的供物帶來的那一天才可以吃。這在你們一切的住處作為世世代代永遠的定例。」「你們要從安息日的次日，獻禾捆為搖祭的那日算起，要滿了七個安息日。到第七個安息日的次日，共計五十天，又要將新素祭獻給耶和華。
