And the people said unto Joshua, Jehovah our God will we serve, and unto his voice will we hearken.

民眾答道：「我們必事奉我們的上帝耶和華，聽從祂的話。」

眾民對約書亞說：“我們必事奉耶和華我們的神，必聽從他的話。”

人民對約書亞說：『永恆主我們的上帝、我們要事奉；他的聲音、我們要聽從。』

民曰、我必奉事我上帝耶和華、而聽其言、

民謂約書亞曰、我欲奉事我上帝耶和華而遵其命。

民對約書亞曰、我願崇事主我之天主、聽從其言、

And the people said to Joshua,“ We will serve the Lord our God and obey him.”

Then the people said to Joshua,“ We will serve the Lord our God. We will obey him.”

And the people said to Joshua,“ The Lord our God we will serve, and his voice we will obey.”

The people said to Joshua,“ We will serve the Lord our God. We will obey him alone.”

So the people said to Joshua,“ We will worship the LORD our God and obey him.”

And the people said to Joshua,“ We will serve the Lord our God and obey His voice.”

And the people said to Joshua,“ The Lord our God we will serve, and His voice we will obey!”

So the people said to Joshua,“ We will worship the Lord our God and obey Him.”

And the people said unto Joshua, The LORD our God will we serve, and his voice will we obey.

The people said to Joshua,“ We will worship the LORD our God and obey him.”

The people said to Joshua,“ We will serve Yahweh our God, and we will listen to his voice.”

And he took the book of the covenant, and read in the audience of the people: and they said, All that Jehovah hath spoken will we do, and be obedient.

And Moses came and told the people all the words of Jehovah, and all the ordinances: and all the people answered with one voice, and said, All the words which Jehovah hath spoken will we do.

Go thou near, and hear all that Jehovah our God shall say: and speak thou unto us all that Jehovah our God shall speak unto thee; and we will hear it, and do it.And Jehovah heard the voice of your words, when ye spake unto me; and Jehovah said unto me, I have heard the voice of the words of this people, which they have spoken unto thee: they have well said all that they have spoken.Oh that there were such a heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep all my commandments always, that it might be well with them, and with their children for ever!

And all the people answered together, and said, All that Jehovah hath spoken we will do. And Moses reported the words of the people unto Jehovah.
