如便人、迦得人哪，永恆主立約但河在我們與你們之間為界限；你們對於永恆主是沒有分的了」；這樣，你們的子孫就使我們的子孫不再敬畏永恆主了。

爾流便人、迦得人歟、耶和華既定約但為爾我之界、爾與耶和華無與、如是、爾裔必使我裔不寅畏耶和華、

耶和華置約但為界於爾我間、爾曹流便伽得二支派、與耶和華無與、如是爾後嗣、將使我後嗣不畏耶和華。

爾流便人、迦得人、主已定約但在爾我之間為界、爾於主前無分、如是爾子孫將使我子孫不敬畏主、

The Lord has made the Jordan a boundary between us and you— you Reubenites and Gadites! You have no share in the Lord.’ So your descendants might cause ours to stop fearing the Lord.

The Lord has made the Jordan River a border between us and you. You people of Reuben! You people of Gad! You don’t have anything to do with the Lord.’ If your children say that, they might cause our children to stop worshiping the Lord.

But if it is the children of men, may they be cursed before the Lord, for they have driven me out this day from sharing in the inheritance of the Lord, saying,‘ Go, serve other gods.’

If these people go up to offer sacrifices in the house of the Lord at Jerusalem, then the heart of this people will turn back to their Lord, Rehoboam king of Judah, and they will kill me and go back to Rehoboam king of Judah.”Therefore the king asked advice, made two calves of gold, and said to the people,“ It is too much for you to go up to Jerusalem. Here are your gods, O Israel, which brought you up from the land of Egypt!”And he set up one in Bethel, and the other he put in Dan.Now this thing became a sin, for the people went to worship before the one as far as Dan.

You have neither part nor portion in this matter, for your heart is not right in the sight of God.

Now when all Israel saw that the king did not listen to them, the people answered the king, saying:“ What share have we in David? We have no inheritance in the son of Jesse. To your tents, O Israel! Now, see to your own house, O David!” So Israel departed to their tents.

So I answered them, and said to them,“ The God of heaven Himself will prosper us; therefore we His servants will arise and build, but you have no heritage or right or memorial in Jerusalem.”

but that it may be a witness between you and us and our generations after us, that we may perform the service of the Lord before Him with our burnt offerings, with our sacrifices, and with our peace offerings; that your descendants may not say to our descendants in time to come,“ You have no part in the Lord.”’

they came to Zerubbabel and the heads of the fathers’ houses, and said to them,“ Let us build with you, for we seek your God as you do; and we have sacrificed to Him since the days of Esarhaddon king of Assyria, who brought us here.”But Zerubbabel and Jeshua and the rest of the heads of the fathers’ houses of Israel said to them,“ You may do nothing with us to build a house for our God; but we alone will build to the Lord God of Israel, as King Cyrus the king of Persia has commanded us.”

And there happened to be there a rebel, whose name was Sheba the son of Bichri, a Benjamite. And he blew a trumpet, and said:“ We have no share in David, Nor do we have inheritance in the son of Jesse; Every man to his tents, O Israel!”

because of the sins of Jeroboam, which he had sinned and by which he had made Israel sin, because of his provocation with which he had provoked the Lord God of Israel to anger.

And He will give Israel up because of the sins of Jeroboam, who sinned and who made Israel sin.”
