Live in this land, and I will be with you, and will bless you. I have come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up out of that land to a good and large land, to a land flowing with milk and honey; to the place of the Canaanite, the Hittite, the Amorite, the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite.

Behold, Yahweh stood above it, and said,“ I am Yahweh, the God of Abraham your father, and the God of Isaac. I will give the land you lie on to you and to your offspring.Your offspring will be as the dust of the earth, and you will spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south. In you and in your offspring, all the families of the earth will be blessed.

When you have come to the land which Yahweh your God gives you, and possess it and dwell in it, and say,“ I will set a king over me, like all the nations that are around me,”

Yahweh appeared to Abram and said,“ I will give this land to your offspring.” He built an altar there to Yahweh, who had appeared to him.

Yahweh said to him,“ This is the land which I swore to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, saying,‘ I will give it to your offspring.’ I have caused you to see it with your eyes, but you shall not go over there.”
