They went to all of them at Shiloh in Canaan. They said to them,“ Give us towns to live in. Also give us grasslands for our livestock. That’s what the Lord commanded through Moses.”

And they said to them at Shiloh in the land of Canaan,“ The Lord commanded through Moses that we be given cities to dwell in, along with their pasturelands for our livestock.”

途間勿囊、勿二衣、勿履、勿杖、蓋工得其食、宜也、

學道者、宜以財物供教者、

善治之長老、當倍敬之、勞於言與訓者、更宜如是、經云、踏穀之牛、勿籠其口、又云、工得其值、宜也、

爾所獻於耶和華之地、必長二萬五千肘、廣一萬肘、所獻之聖地、必歸於祭司、北向長二萬五千肘、東向廣一萬肘、西向廣一萬肘、南向長二萬五千肘、耶和華之聖所、必在其中、斯地歸於撒督之裔、區別為祭司、供我職事者、昔以色列族迷途時、彼不若利未人之迷罔、故附利未之界、所獻之地、必歸於彼、以為至聖之區、附祭司之地、利未人必得一區、長二萬五千肘、廣一萬肘、此區歸於耶和華為聖、利未人不可鬻之、不可易之、其土產之初實、不可歸於他人、附此二萬五千肘之區、所餘一區、廣五千肘、以為俗地、建邑築室、亦為郊野、邑在其中、其度如左、東西四千五百肘、南北四千五百肘、邑郊、東西二百五十肘、南北二百五十肘、附於所獻聖地、其餘之區、東一萬肘、西一萬肘、與聖地相等、其土所產、歸於邑中供役者為食、
