對他們說：『我知道永恆主已經把這地賜給你們，並且有一種懼怕你們的恐怖情緒落到我們心裏，而且這地所有的居民因你們的緣故都膽戰心驚。

曰、耶和華以此地賜爾、我所知也、緣爾之故、吾儕畏懼、斯土之民喪膽、

謂其人曰、耶和華曾以此地錫爾、我所素知、斯土之人懼爾、甚至喪膽、

謂之曰、主已將此地賜爾、為我所知、我儕悉懼爾、斯地一切居民、皆緣爾喪膽、

and said to them,“ I know that the Lord has given you this land and that a great fear of you has fallen on us, so that all who live in this country are melting in fear because of you.

She said to them,“ I know that the Lord has given you this land. We are very much afraid of you. Everyone who lives in this country is weak with fear because of you.

and said to the men,“ I know that the Lord has given you the land, and that the fear of you has fallen upon us, and that all the inhabitants of the land melt away before you.

“ I know the Lord has given you this land,” she told them.“ We are all afraid of you. Everyone in the land is living in terror.

and said to them,“ I know that the LORD has given you this land and that the terror of you has fallen on us, and everyone who lives in the land is panicking because of you.

and said to the men,“ I know that the Lord has given you the land, and that the terror of you has fallen on us, and that all the inhabitants of the land have despaired because of you.

and said to the men:“ I know that the Lord has given you the land, that the terror of you has fallen on us, and that all the inhabitants of the land are fainthearted because of you.

and she said unto the men, I know that Jehovah hath given you the land, and that the fear of you is fallen upon us, and that all the inhabitants of the land melt away before you.

and said to them,“ I know that the Lord has given you this land and that the terror of you has fallen on us, and everyone who lives in the land is panicking because of you.

And she said unto the men, I know that the LORD hath given you the land, and that your terror is fallen upon us, and that all the inhabitants of the land faint because of you.

She said to the men,“ I know the LORD is handing this land over to you. We are absolutely terrified of you, and all who live in the land are cringing before you.

She said to the men,“ I know that Yahweh has given you the land, and that the fear of you has fallen upon us, and that all the inhabitants of the land melt away before you.

凡你所到的地方，我要使那里的众百姓在你面前惊慌失措，又要使你所有的仇敌转身逃跑。

从今日起，我要让天下万民惊慌惧怕你，听见你的名声，就因你发颤伤恸。”

他们起行。神使周围城镇的人都惊恐，就不追赶雅各的儿子们了。

我们一听见就胆战心惊，人人因你们的缘故勇气全失。耶和华—你们的神是天上地下的神。

信就是对所盼望之事有把握，对未见之事有确据。古人因着这信获得了赞许。

我知道我的救赎主活着，末后他必站在尘土上。

罪人虽然作恶百次，倒享长寿；然而我也知道，福乐必临到敬畏神的人，就是在他面前心存敬畏的人。

那时，以东的族长惊惶，摩押的英雄被战兢抓住，迦南所有的居民都融化。惊骇恐惧临到他们；耶和华啊，因你膀臂的大能，他们如石头寂静不动，等候你百姓过去，等候你所赎的百姓过去。

恶人看见就愤怒，必咬牙而消亡，恶人的心愿要归于幻灭。

天，是耶和华的天；地，他却给了世人。

我用大能和伸出来的膀臂创造大地和地上的人民、牲畜。我看给谁合适，就把地给谁。

因为主使亚兰人的军队听见战车战马的声音，大军的声音，他们就彼此说：“看哪，这必是以色列王雇用赫人诸王和埃及诸王来攻击我们。”

现在，从埃及人狂傲地对待以色列人这件事上，我知道耶和华比万神更大。”

地上的万民见你归在耶和华的名下，就必惧怕你。

论埃及的默示。看哪，耶和华乘驾快云，临到埃及；埃及的偶像在他面前战兢，埃及人的心在里面消溶。

虽有勇士胆大如狮子，他的心也必定融化，因为全以色列都知道你父亲是英雄，跟随他的人都是勇士。

必无一人能在你们面前站立得住；耶和华—你们的神必照他所说的，使惧怕惊恐临到你们所踏的全地。

同伴回答说：“这不是别的，而是以色列人约阿施的儿子基甸的刀。神已把米甸和全军都交在他手中了。”

于是在军营、在田野、在众百姓中，人心惶惶，驻军和突击队都战兢；地也震动，这是从神那里来的惊恐。在便雅悯的基比亚，扫罗的哨兵观看，看哪，非利士全军溃乱，四处乱窜。

难道我的东西不可随我的意思用吗？因为我作好人，你就眼红了吗？’

乃缦带着所有跟随他的人，回到神人那里，站在他面前，说：“看哪，我知道，除了以色列，全地没有神。现在请你收下仆人的礼物。”

在那日，耶和华与亚伯兰立约，说：“我已赐给你的后裔这一片地，从埃及河直到大河，幼发拉底河，就是基尼人、基尼洗人、甲摩尼人、赫人、比利洗人、利乏音人、亚摩利人、迦南人、革迦撒人、耶布斯人的地。”

荒芜，荒凉，全然荒废，人心害怕，双膝颤抖，腰部疼痛，脸都变色。

至高者将地业赐给列国，将世人分开，他按照神明的数目，为万民划定疆界。

他又说：“我是你父亲的神，是亚伯拉罕的神，以撒的神，雅各的神。”摩西蒙上脸，因为怕看神。耶和华说：“我确实看见了我百姓在埃及所受的困苦，我也听见了他们因受监工苦待所发的哀声；我确实知道他们的痛苦。我下来是要救他们脱离埃及人的手，领他们从那地上来，到美好与宽阔之地，到流奶与蜜之地，就是迦南人、赫人、亚摩利人、比利洗人、希未人、耶布斯人之地。

罗得离开亚伯兰以后，耶和华对亚伯兰说：“你要从你所在的地方，举目向东西南北观看；你所看见一切的地，我都要把它赐给你和你的后裔，直到永远。我要使你的后裔好像地上的尘沙，人若能数地上的尘沙，才能数你的后裔。你起来，纵横走遍这地，因为我必把这地赐给你。”
