unless, when we enter the land, you have tied this scarlet cord in the window through which you let us down, and unless you have brought your father and mother, your brothers and all your family into your house.

那兩個人對羅得說：「你在這裡還有什麼人嗎？比如你的女婿、兒女，或是城中任何屬於你的人，你都要從這地方帶出去，因為我們就要毀滅這地方了；要知道，控告他們的呼聲在耶和華面前極大，耶和華就派我們來毀滅這城。」羅得就出去，告訴將要娶他女兒的女婿們說：「起來！離開這地方，因為耶和華就要毀滅這城了！」但在他們的眼中，他像是在開玩笑。黎明時分，天使們催促羅得說：「起來！帶著你的妻子和你在這裡的兩個女兒離開，免得你因這城的罪孽被一同除滅。」羅得還在猶豫，那兩個人因耶和華憐恤羅得就抓住他的手，以及他妻子和兩個女兒的手，把他們領出來，安置在城外面。那兩個人把他們領到外面以後，其中一位說：「逃命吧！不要向後看，也不要在平原的任何一處停留；要逃到山上，免得你被除滅。」

耶和華對挪亞說：「你和你的全家都要進入方舟，因為在這世代中，我看到唯有你在我面前是義人。

彼得與他說著話進去，看見裡面聚集了許多人，

就是說，摩西按照律法向全體民眾宣講了所有的誡命之後，拿了牛犢和山羊的血，摻上水，用深紅色的羊毛和牛膝草，灑在那書卷上和全體民眾身上，

耶穌對他說：「今天救恩臨到了這一家，因為他也是亞伯拉罕的子孫。

願主施憐憫給奧尼斯弗羅的家人，因為他多次使我神清氣爽，也沒有以我的鎖鏈為恥；

他有話要對你說，藉這話你和你全家將要得救。』

我怎麼能看著我的民族遭受這災禍呢？怎麼能看著我的宗族滅亡呢？」

所以我就立即派人到你那裡。你來了真好！現在我們都來到這裡，在神的面前，聆聽主所吩咐你的一切話。」

我要使你成為一個大國，我要祝福你，使你的名為大；你也必成為別人的祝福！
